Require uhaul locations to abide by state laws such as masking in PA during the pandemic. Both employees at the site did not wear masks. They also overcharged by $400. Had to waste a bunch of time on the phone to get a refund from uhaul for the difference for what the price was given a month prior when booked. Also not knowing if or where the uhaul truck would be until the day prior was frustrating.

It was a average experience. Not the friendliest atmosphere, but fair enough. Better inform customers on the $20.00 convenience fee of returning U-Haul after hours; even though after hours was within the 24-hour rental. A little misleading.

After the rental I dropped the key to the guy inside and he told me to leave. No confirmation that the truck was OK no notice about how much it costs, no confirmation about how many miles I drove. I still haven't heard anything from Uhaul about the final cost. It was odd.

Clean the inside of the cab, it looked like there were cookie crumbs and smashed french fries on the floor and in the back with a bunch of plastic. I have used U-Haul previously three times and all those trucks were clean.

They overcharged me. They put in an after hours fee when I returned it before they closed. They refused to respond to my inquiries about it. Overall extremely disappointed and will never use them again and would recommend against anyone else using them too.

Make sure rental has all extra item in it. I had ordered a furniture dolly. It wasn't in van and I had to go to another location to pick one up. While I was credited, it did cause an interruption in time.

The location was great. The remote access to getting the truck was difficult because I had to provide other people to vouch for me at the last mniute.

Limerick was able to provide me a truck where the Gilbertsville U-Haul new that I had the trip planned for two weeks and all the sudden it's in service and cost me five minutes before I'm to pick it up The Limerick and U haul Company through it

I am giving a low rating because nobody that works for this facility was wearing a mask when I entered the office. No masks were evident. This is a serious pandemic and it seemed like an act of defiance that no masks were being worn. WEAR A MASK! SHOW RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I didn't realistically calculate in the pick up and transport of the items for this move. It took longer than l had anticipated. I rented the van because it said it could hold a queen size mattress and box spring. I had difficulty getting the bed into the van-it did not lie flat on the floor due to the wheel wells nor did it fit on it's side. As far as the return went- l would suggest that the return time be calculated by the time one initiates the on line return program. If one is not quick in responding to all your questions and requests for pictures of the interior cab and cargo area in addition to the outside parking pictures, then the return time is lengthened unnecessarily.

Although I confirmed the pick up location to be the requested site weeks prior, 2 days before my move it was changed to a location 35 minutes from my home. I had two reservations and both trucks were at different locations in the opposite direction 40 minutes from each other. It made the start of my move very inconvenient

Have a U-Haul sign on street - we had a little trouble finding it. But the pick up of truck was very fast and efficient!

It was clear truck was not cleaned. Also, passenger door was left ajar so when I started the van received message that passenger door was open. This eventually impacted the battery which dies requiring me losing 3 plus hours waiting for roadside assistance.

They are a lot easier to deal with, compared to your online website. The website is very unfriendly, and takes to long to use. Also is not accurate.

I did not receive the pads and dolly and was charged for them. Not sure how I could have dealt with that given that I was doing everything electronically. Everything else with the experience was good. I have requested a refund and I am waiting to hear.

They didn't have the truck we'd reserved, tried to tell me that I had just called, then tried to tell me that I'd missed an email from U-Haul that would reassign me to a different location. (None of that was true.) No one in the facility was wearing a mask. When I questioned that, the younger man behind the counter originally refused to answer me, then told me that it was a private business and that I could wait outside (in the 90+ degree heat) if I was uncomfortable. They finally offered a larger truck to replace the one we'd reserved, and when my son asked if they'd honor the lower rental rate for the smaller truck, the owner replied, "No. U-Haul doesn't do that." This location is less than a mile from our home, but we will not be using them again. And with two kids in college who change housing arrangements every year, we do a lot of moving.

I think the $20 after hours return fee is a rip off. I just rented the vehicle for just under 4 hours and returned it at 5:45. Annoying charge guys. You should not do that to your customers. I'll look for other options next time.

The pick up process was bad , It took over a hour waiting for the on line process and 3 phones calls to get information to open the lock boxes and than i find out that the my key was locked in the back of the truck after i had to make another call , I ordered pads , no pads but you billed me for them and i send a email in about charges to my card about gas and i replaced the gas i used and more , still waiting to hear back from uhaul , please let me know where we are with that ,

The truck cab had a face mask, a dirty hat, and half a pretzel. There are all of these warning about returning the truck clean. We ended up having to clean up someone else's trash. Not pleasant.

The Pick up location was fine and great. The overall UHaul experience was terrible. My pick up location was moved without any notification, as well as other instructions were not passed along (ie what to do with the lock), and drop off time being changed. I will never use this service again, nor will I recommend it anyone else.

Location and rental experience (Kelly's Auto in Limerick) was fine. But the UHaul 24/7 option really needs to tell you ahead of time that alternate forms of ID (Passport, lease agreement) or two additional contacts need to be arranged beforehand when you reserved the vehicle. It would have been really nice to know that before standing in the parking lot in the rain with no cell reception trying to arrange all this.

The padlock was difficult to remove from the cargo door. I almost gave up on the whole experience due to the frustration of not being able to unlock the lock.
