BARBARA MWell either the service was great but I recently had gotten an email from U-Haul that said my private and credit card information was at risk due to a breach of your computer system so I would’ve thought that I could’ve got a discount or this transaction should’ve been at no cost thank you
William AThe dolly and furniture pads we ordered and paid for were not included in the truck. We reported this when we picked it up. No one reached out to us to make this correct. I had to contact Uhaul after our rental to ask for a refund.
