The truck was not maintained at all I called and complaining it was so noisy and shaking to where I had headache for 2 days after that experience. Supposedly someone was supposed to call me from uhal shame that didn’t happen never again would I do business with uhal.

The area was very dark. If I hadn’t had a flashlight on my phone it would have been impossible. The lock used on the back of the truck took over 30 minutes to get off in 10 degree weather. Access to the keys need to be more accessible.

I dealt with both Keith and Janet when I picked up the unit. Both were polite, professional and helpful. I still have a billing issue that is being worked through. Janet has been amazingly helpful so far. She contacted Larry Timpe, who also was very responsive in correcting the issue and satisfy the customer. I also spoke to Larry in Springfield and he also was very helpful and assured me the problem was being corrected and I should have the charges reversed in the next 2 to 3 working days.
