This is a mechanics garage. While this wouldn't normally be a problem, we were not allowed to enter the garage, but rather had to stand outside in the rain to complete our rental while a barking dog jumped at the door from the inside. The gentleman was polite, but the location did not build confidence in U-Haul.

Rented a small truck. They couldn’t find the key. Asked for next size, didn’t have, only had 3999 truck. Asked for discount, he said he would see what he could do and did nothing. I was slightly overcharged. Mileage and gas was different from what was in the system.

I was charged an extra $15 for unfolded furniture blankets. Those blankets were in the trailer exactly like that when we picked it up in Baton Rouge. They were in a big ball of blanket mess. We did not touch them so we did not use them. I even asked the guy when I dropped off the trailer three times if I needed to do anything and he said no. I do not agree with this charge at all so if you do not credit this charge back to my card this week, I will have my credit card company remove the charge and I will blast you guys with negative online reviews on google, etc. Thanks David

It was next or combined with a car body shop. Maybe make more space for the U-Haul customers? or easier accessibility (it was hard to get my car out after going in with a trailer; had to move the trailer out of the way by hand).

Up front pricing. I put gas in tank. Still charged $14 gas surcharge. Gas was returned at 1/2 tank as requested. More than I wanted to pay. False advertising.

I had a good experience at this location, however my overall experience with Uhaul this time was terrible. I booked for a 51’ Truck and got to the first location only to find out the truck was not available then I called customer service who then sent me to a second location. Upon arriving at the second location, I was told the truck was booked to another person. Then I had to go to a third location where I was finally able to get a truck. I wasted over 2 hours driving around to pick up and was charged by my moving guys for waiting. I hope there’s a better system to track which trucks are available at each location.

The trailer drop-off went very smoothly and was completed in an expedient manner. The location was conveniently located close to my daughter's new apartment in the Farmers Market district of Dallas. The staff member receiving the trailer was friendly & welcoming.

Picked up the trailer Wednesday morning 9:40am. Dropped trailer off Thursday morning at 9:40am. Shop guy said I am all good to go and he would check me in. He never checked me back in until Friday after I had already called Thursday night to uhaul to demand a recipient. I was charged for 3 days rental when I only had 1 day. Apparently this is common if you look at the shops reviews. I also took a photo of me leaving the trailer with them in the picture on Thursday morning incase they tried to over bill me and not check the trailer in.

No one was there when we arrived at our reservation time, and no one answered the phone. After trying to get ahold of someone for 10 minutes, finally someone came out of the building. The facility is not well taken care of and is not inviting to Haul renters. We did not feel safe there. Would not go back there.

We arrive about 10mins before the time they were closed. We weren't aware of that. I had to call them only to find out they open at 10 am. and they were in a meeting. When the person came out, we had to stand outside to register in the sun. This was a problem with health issues and disability. Refuse to take a 100.00 cash deposit like we are used to doing at the other location. The truck was dirty and had no gas. We had to wait until they clean it out. Had to use someone else card. Nobody felt safe or comfortable doing that. Upon returning the truck the customer service was horrible. We had to walk around the building knocking on doors to let them know we were there. The same person came out with a dry tone looking at us like we just woke him up out of his sleep. Standing in the heat and sun again to return the truck. Another woman walks up to pick a truck up. He stops checking us in and began checking her in. We ask for a receipt and the balance that would be refunded told us it would download in email in one to two days. Once he finishes checking us in. I told him no I needed him to complete the check-in. I ask him do he have a cooler place inside out of the sun where we could sit to finish this. He stated no they were working inside. After standing there for another 10mins in the scoring sun while he finishes the other customer. He takes her to get her truck and she drives off. I'm still standing there, for another 10mins waiting for him to come back to finish helping me. I see him taking the truck we return and back it into the space. I'm just standing there in the scoring sun for another15mins. waiting on him to come back and say something. At this point, I'm beginning to break out in a rash, from standing in the sun too long. He never returns. Again, I had to walk around the building to look for him. only to find him sitting in the truck with a cigar in his mouth sitting in the air conditioning. He never opens the door to acknowledge me. He sat there on his phone. about 10 mins, a young lady pulls up and he blows the horn. He gets out of the truck and says to me the check-in has been completed. As he is walking, I ask him again for the receipt and how much was the refund. He said he didn't know, and I should receive an email, I'm walking behind him as I'm checking my phone telling him I don't have it. It finally pops up. He and the woman got inside the same building that we weren't allowed to go inside and close the door. Because of standing out in the sun too long and on my feet with health issues. This has caused me to be in agony and pain. I will be seeking legal advice. This location is not professional and treats customers rudely. This is a location that should not be a representative of U-Haul. I would not recommend my dog to this location.

It would be great if when looking up locations NEAR You( ME) that availability is more convenient and that time given is not overbooked/scheduled. This location was way further than I expected to go for a trailer. Although they were extremely helpful and very accommodating.

This is so weird, the guy charge me $60 and will return $40 after I get the equipment back, when I got back I park the trailer and told him to receive it, he was talking to someone else and told me i will get an email as soon he put it on the system, so yesterday he tried to charge my card $216 more, how he got my card to do that?

It was horrible and scary. It had no directions on where to leave the equipment that’s being dropped off. I had a lady that was digging dumpster try and help me. She actually went and knocked on a door they opened it up and told her to put it anywhere. I had to maneuver around junk cars to find a place to park the trailer. It was the worst experience I ever had while dealing with U-haul. U-Haul needs to go and check out a place before allowing them to us the name U-Haul as a rental store for them.

Employees should be provided with fully functional, not broken phones. I was almost late to meet my packing crew because pickup took so long. The place is a dump as well. I would've driven past it if it weren't for the U-Hauls parked outside.

Dominique deserves a personal recommendation. It was very cold outside this day. I had ordered a large uhaul trailer because I was told by phone rep there weee no small trailers. Dominique hooked us up, did the transaction. Then I noticed smaller trailers. Dominique said they were available. After two or three attempts by me on the phone with uhaul reps, a lost internet connection at the service center and 2 hours later, Dominique had me set up with smaller trailer. He went out if his way to make it right. Many thanks to him. The uhaul phone reps were long wait times and ineffectual.

My reservation was moved here (further away from original reservation). Location did not have the I equipment rented. Uhual representative was very unhelpful - provided no solution other than "we don't have it". I had to scramble and call around town and find a location with the trailer I rented and was late getting back to movers waiting at my house and had to pay $100 for an extra hour because uhaul couldn't seem to work out the logistics. Unless compensated for my time, stress, and additional expenses incurred, I will be using a different equipment rental company next time and recommending everyone in my network do so as well.

I did not appreciate having the pickup location switched the day of my intended move. It was extremely inconvenient especially given I was moving the entire day. I chose the pickup location prior to my move purposefully, and if there was an issue with pickup I should have been made aware prior to the day of my move.

It an area that requires a guard dog, gated windows and extreme lock on doors. There was no wifi and had to wait for the manager to return with a "hot spot" to finish the check out. The truck was not swept out and had broken glass. The bed of the truck was wiped down with some sort of solution that did smell nice, but it was dirty in general. Able to purchase blankets, but no other items such as tie downs or locks. I had to go to another location for these.

Make sure the place representing your brand maintains your standards. No office, smells like weed, and was not a clean, safe environment. A person working there even sold a bag drugs to someone walking by during my visit.

The gentleman who helped up was wonderful, but the internet was down and we had to do everything through a phone call and the man on the phone did not know what to do. It took over an hour to get the U-Haul and 45 minutes of that was me trying to talk with this man on the phone.

Sketchy place in a sketchy neighborhood. They rented trailers but not trailer accessories like hitches or adapters, which I had to buy elsewhere. When I dropped off the trailer on Sunday morning, I opened the door to the business and was met by a guard dog barking and lunging aggressively. I quickly shut the door, went back to my car and waited for the owner to come out. It took several minutes for him to exit, which he seemed perturbed to do. I left and will never go back.
