It would be great if when looking up locations NEAR You( ME) that availability is more convenient and that time given is not overbooked/scheduled. This location was way further than I expected to go for a trailer. Although they were extremely helpful and very accommodating.DELORES C.

This is so weird, the guy charge me $60 and will return $40 after I get the equipment back, when I got back I park the trailer and told him to receive it, he was talking to someone else and told me i will get an email as soon he put it on the system, so yesterday he tried to charge my card $216 more, how he got my card to do that?RICARDO J.

It was horrible and scary. It had no directions on where to leave the equipment that's being dropped off. I had a lady that was digging dumpster try and help me. She actually went and knocked on a door they opened it up and told her to put it anywhere. I had to maneuver around junk cars to find a place to park the trailer. It was the worst experience I ever had while dealing with U-haul. U-Haul needs to go and check out a place before allowing them to us the name U-Haul as a rental store for them.Sharlann H.
Employees should be provided with fully functional, not broken phones. I was almost late to meet my packing crew because pickup took so long. The place is a dump as well. I would've driven past it if it weren't for the U-Hauls parked outside.NATHAN Z.

I was scheduled to pickup at 9:00am. The place didn't open until 10am. Why was I still able to schedule at 9:00am when the place didn't open until 10 and the guy had no customer service skills. (eyeroll)Shalaya M.

Dominique deserves a personal recommendation. It was very cold outside this day. I had ordered a large uhaul trailer because I was told by phone rep there weee no small trailers. Dominique hooked us up, did the transaction. Then I noticed smaller trailers. Dominique said they were available. After two or three attempts by me on the phone with uhaul reps, a lost internet connection at the service center and 2 hours later, Dominique had me set up with smaller trailer. He went out if his way to make it right. Many thanks to him. The uhaul phone reps were long wait times and ineffectual.PAUL Y.

My reservation was moved here (further away from original reservation). Location did not have the I equipment rented. Uhual representative was very unhelpful - provided no solution other than "we don't have it". I had to scramble and call around town and find a location with the trailer I rented and was late getting back to movers waiting at my house and had to pay $100 for an extra hour because uhaul couldn't seem to work out the logistics. Unless compensated for my time, stress, and additional expenses incurred, I will be using a different equipment rental company next time and recommending everyone in my network do so as well.Nicklaus M.

I did not appreciate having the pickup location switched the day of my intended move. It was extremely inconvenient especially given I was moving the entire day. I chose the pickup location prior to my move purposefully, and if there was an issue with pickup I should have been made aware prior to the day of my move.Jaime B.

Not a great part of town but drop off was easy after hours and they checked my drop off quickly once it opened.Hilary P.
It an area that requires a guard dog, gated windows and extreme lock on doors. There was no wifi and had to wait for the manager to return with a "hot spot" to finish the check out. The truck was not swept out and had broken glass. The bed of the truck was wiped down with some sort of solution that did smell nice, but it was dirty in general. Able to purchase blankets, but no other items such as tie downs or locks. I had to go to another location for these.Dorcas M.

Make sure the place representing your brand maintains your standards. No office, smells like weed, and was not a clean, safe environment. A person working there even sold a bag drugs to someone walking by during my visit.Erick B.
The gentleman who helped up was wonderful, but the internet was down and we had to do everything through a phone call and the man on the phone did not know what to do. It took over an hour to get the U-Haul and 45 minutes of that was me trying to talk with this man on the phone.Kirk B.

Sketchy place in a sketchy neighborhood. They rented trailers but not trailer accessories like hitches or adapters, which I had to buy elsewhere. When I dropped off the trailer on Sunday morning, I opened the door to the business and was met by a guard dog barking and lunging aggressively. I quickly shut the door, went back to my car and waited for the owner to come out. It took several minutes for him to exit, which he seemed perturbed to do. I left and will never go back.STEVEN R.

Truck was damaged and had a hole in it. It rained and my belongings were soaked by the time we unloaded. Truck was parked in the mud and almost was bogged down upon departure. Took a while to get outRicardo V.

They put a trailer in front of the truck I rented that I couldn't move by myself, the gas was on empty and when I was walking the key to the drop box a man put out his hand with no words as if to take the key. It was incredibly uncomfortable and he had no indication that he was the manager and could not provide any credentials when asked.Meghan G.
