Staff receiving customers need to wear a mask. It is mandated by local government. No one inside this facility wore a mask and I felt extremely uncomfortable. To ensure customers don't have to wait 30 minutes for their rental, the individual that was actually trained to complete rentals needs to be onsite or thoroughly train their proxy. I was unnerved that a pastor would scold an employee in the manner I heard on the phone. The employee was consistently apologetic and attempting to help me, but may not have received all the training she needed. I was not given the equipment I reserved (it was refunded), but am out of $800. I needed a specific dolly to complete a purchase within a time frame and was unable to properly retrieve my purchase. I was told appropriate dolly was in the truck when it wasn't.
