KISS Van NuysI received an Equipment with the Gas Tank Broken. I received it with the gas light signal ON so i drove to the Gas station to Pump Gas when i got to the Gas Station and started pumping Gas i started smelling Gas and felt some drops on my legs. I looked under it and all the Gas was Coming out of it. So i pumped gas for nothing. Wasted money. I mentioned this because that means trucks are not Inspected as they should bee whenever they are returned after been rented, before renting it to someone else.
Abel Edgardo Ibanez colindresUnfortunately the man who runs this location told us that we were lucky because someone turned in the vehicle with more gas and all we had to do was return it with a 1/4 tank. We returned it with over 3/8 of a tank at least. BUT you are charging me for 7 gallons to match what the vehicle had when we took it out. I don't know which of you is at fault....but I'm not happy. Either he lied or you are lying. Please refund the money you charged for the gas. Also the side door does not stay closed unless you SLAM the door really hard. It looks closed, but pops open on the freeway bumps. Happened twice.

Madison DelucaThe high beans would not remain on without holding the handle while driving which delayed my my ability to return the truck on schedule. Not fair to have to pay the extra day rate. I also got a charge of an extra $75.00 dollars. Which I am waiting on a response/refund.

George SalonThe automated return process was a let down. When I arrived at the facility, I used the app to initiate the after hours return. When the app requested a photo of the odometer, I took the photo and then the app was unable to move forward. I used the automated check out process where the app worked perfectly for the odometer photo function. I called U-Haul and they transferred me to tech support where there was a 30 minute wait. I'm sitting in a dark lot in the bad part of town. So, I call back and U-Haul customer support says they can help me, but it will cost me $20 extra for the convenience. WHAT? It is your app that isn't working and you don't have enough tech support to provide a reasonable wait time. This was a very poor experience that had nothing to do with the Pick Up Location at all.

Daniel HookerHaving a “caution” light regarding tire inflation or whatever the issue is be CONSTANTLY on during the rental didn’t seem to be “well maintained” Would probably pass next time on ANY lights on on the dash showing warnings of any kind. Not a comfortable feeling. I stopped driving Saab’s for the same reason….funny but true!

Then my rental was under a business account and he decided to just put me on a regular rental, and charge me for mileage. Worst experience from this location. I have rented from this location many times before, and each time has been good with the past representative. But this new guy was horrible.
