I filled up the tank to exactly the where it was before returning. even took a picture of the gas gauge. the person accepting the truck asked me to leave it and didn't even bother to check anything. after returning the truck there was a charge for three gallons of gas at 5.75 per gallon. how did he calculate 3 gallons. didn't even feel like talking to him as he is not the kind of person one can reason with. Just disgusting! people sinking to any lows to scam a buck.Chinthaka L.

This location is super messy and very dirty. The persons working there were very inefficient as it took forever to get the truck checked out. Uhaul should do an inspection of this facility and either fix it or close it. The worst uhaul location I have ever been in and I have rented quite a number over the years.William R.

I had to change the babies diaper that was sagging and nasty and his kids were fighting. The little girl was being very nasty to the other child. He couldn't get my reservation done due to having to tend to the kids fighting. Not a very good business environment. If he sees this, you need to bust the youngest kids butt. I feel bad for the oldest daughter.Lori B.

Employees should wear masks during the pandemic. The office is cluttered and doesn't look very professional. That being said, I got what I needed quickly and very conveniently and would use them again.ALLEN E.

The man who runs the place was nice and assured us just handing off the keys was fine without doing anything else which we thought was odd. Then sure enough instead of showing us as checked in at 9:10a when we were there, U-Haul corporate called me asking when we'd return the truck in the afternoon, then I called the drop off location and asked the man and he assured me it was no problem and he'd correct it. Then the next morning we've been charged an extra day because he put that we checked in at 2:45am. Just a lot of trouble between pick up and drop off with u haul. Will likely go with another company to have a more streamlined experience.TYLER J.

Truck had old rugs in the passenger seat with dog poop on them. Rented on a Sunday around 2pm and ask what time we needed to rent on Tuesday (the day we were moving) I was told as long as it was before 9pm I wouldn't be charged any extra. Jeff charged us for another day and blamed on Uhaul corporate. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend renting from this place. Check out took 1 hour. Machine wouldn't take my 1st card which I just used and was accepted. Gave another card which he took another picture of. Just a very uneasy feeling the entire time.Amy L.

Drop off was in a corn field. Had a line of 26' trucks. EZ to park in field by lane. It was closed. We did self drop, but still had to call return in because we couldn't access all screens to ck in. It worked out ok. Uhaul drop was 0.9 mi from new house.Patrick M.

Never recommend this location or Haul at this time. They work out of a utility shed that they sell. It is like 12X20.They were leaving as I pulled up, said drop if off by the other units..... and drive off. U haul is way better than this fly by nigh operation..... not friendly and not helpful. Not sure they know what customer service is...â€¦ I need a receipt, who do I speak to about that as they were NO HELP!chuck S.
It was raining. The entire lot was a mud pit due to rain and it being only grass. One big rental truck was stuck in the mud. I was afraid of getting stuck or falling down in the mud myself. The lot needs gravel, if not paving. The lot manager was determined to get me the trailer I rented online no matter what. He physically pulled the trailer up an incline, through the mud, falling badly into the mud at one point, but did not stop until my rental trailer was attached to my hitch and I was underway. HE WENT WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND CONDITIONS ON THE LOT THAT DAY. He was very cordial and apologetic. I will gladly go back there if the lot is paved or graveled, otherwise no.Robert T.
