Even though the location was not supposed to close until 9, there were no human beings there to help us when we arrived at I think about 6 p.. It was pouring rain, cold and we were exhausted after having moved heavy objects all day, and we were compelling to "check out" ourselves using a badly coded and troublesome app. We have to take photos of the cab, the back, and also photos of where we parked it. Why, O why, must we do everything ourselves? We're not employees of U-Haul - shouldn't there be someone these to do all the checking in, instead of us, the customer, trying to figure out how to work an "app" and do it all ourselves? Humans over robots, please

I rented a U-Haul van from here on August 31st and had a great experience. The person who helped us was very efficient, thorough, and kind. Equipment was well-maintained as well, but it was the superb customer service that made a hectic moving day so much easier.

The owner is very friendly and explained the rental agreement very clearly. He even quickly fixed a flat I received on the way there, despite having other cars that were being worked on.

the passenger taillights of the trailer were working intermittently, which is nerve wrecking driving long distance. the checkin process at the pick up was more cumbersome than needed, considering i already checked in online and my card had already been charged.
