Went out of there way to help me very friendly and I will rent from them again.jerry H.
The website said they would be open until 5:30. I came to pick up at 4 and they were closed. I used my phone to pick up the truck. The dollies I ordered were not in the truck. The inside of the truck had potato chips and mud in the floor. I called the Uhaul number and sat on hold for 45 minutes. I drove over to the Uhaul storage shop and the gentleman there was able to get me one of the dollies I had reserved. Because of the extra driving I was charged for over mileage.Robyn D.

Truck was at Hobby and Garden but computer programmer from UHaul did not return her call to assist. We had to go to Reynolds as an alternative. Make certain employees are well.Nancy S.
I started at 8:30 am and returned the truck by about 1, however they were already gone so I dropped the key in the dropbox, when I got the bill I realized they had charged me for two full days, an extra $70. I sent an email to them and haven't gotten a response. That's money my family needed, moves are expensive enough without getting ripped off.Kevin D.

Small service station drop off with limited room to park truck this size or go around block. Neighborhood was not very safe looking either, houses in disrepair, beat up cars, trash. Would not want to drop off after dark.Douglas H.
When I made my reservation I requested a drop off location that was suitable for me. I did not realize until I arrived in South Carolina that my drop off location has been changed. U-Haul chose to send me a woman alone to a very bad neighborhood. . I was not happy at all with my drop off location.Myra K.
Customers should know that an email will be sent to verify condition of the equipment. And then when the equipment is returned, they should check for an email that asks them to verify the return on the same day. I am not even sure the local business was aware of this Uhaul policy.Gloria V.

The tow dolly that we were given worked when we were first given it, but did not work after we loaded our truck. The right light stopped working and the wires looked frayed and not very well maintained.Dale B.

First of all we were supposed to pick up our truck at another Uhaul dealer 7 miles up the road and they told us the truck had been moved without letting us know. The first truck they then gave us had mechanical issues. It took them over an hour of staring at each other to figure out they could give us another truck or refund my money. Then they couldn't refund my money. They bad mouthed my husband because he was understandably upset. Finally they gave us a truck but no paperwork. After we got the truck and turned it in, they used the first trucks mileage so we had to pay an extra mileage fee of $35. NEVER use Daewoo of Greenwood or KC's tires in Greenwood to rent your Uhaul!! We returned our truck at Uhaul on Whitney Rd in Spartanburg and they were amazing. Fast, courteous, up to date equipment, knowledgeable employees. I will still use Uhaul but only because of the employees at Whitney Rd.Amy R.

This is one of the last Mom and Pops local U-hauls left in America with a smiling face and helpful staff that had everything ready when we arrived to pick up and return our rental. The staff was knowledgeable, hooked me up and checked ALL the safety features and had me on my way quickly. Awesome people and would recommend them any time. Thanks for everything!Knga K.

I was trying to reserve a Uhaul last minute online and realized it was going to take to long. It was at 5 o'clock when I called the store, which closes at 5:30 pm. Rented a 26ft truck for nearly two weeks. The truck was parked for most of that time. The total travel mileage was less than 100 miles. When I returned the vehicle I was charged for 321.5 miles...over 200 extra miles. I did contest the mileage, but was told that the company could find no error. I am very displeased with the service at U-Haul. I do not mind paying for services rendered, but this is not the case. My recommendation would be to inspect a vehicle with the vendor and take pictures of odometer readings (especially at pick-up). There is something amiss with my experience. I would not recommend U-haul to others.Daniel W.
