This was not my first location. At the first location, the code did not work. It delayed my moving by an hour and i was on a tight schedule as I was closing on a new home. When I went to turn in my vehicle (3 hours ahead of my original time because someone needed the same vehicle), I waited 25 minutes and two different credit cards were declined. There was a glitch in your system that cost me another chunk of my day that I could not afford to lose! The truck was good, but the rest of my experience was TERRIBLE! I will avoid using your services again.

Pick up time was at 830 Am. Store clerk didn't not know how to fill out the paper work so I could leave. I had to wait on another person to come in 30 minutes later to get paper work to leave. This made me late to my location. Equipment was dirty inside and out and was not full of gas.

I specified in my reservation that I didn't want insurance. When I picked it up I said I didn't want insurance. When I was emailed the contract a short while later (after leaving), I saw that insurance was added to my bill. I immediately got on UHaul.com to look how to remedy. I started a chat with customer service at 7:34 pm. As of 7:59 pm, there was no response and I had to get to work. Please remove from my bill. This is unacceptable.

Make sure charges are accurate. I was charged $42 for Insurance I declined, but the manager removed the charge. Also, entering and exiting the truck was difficult without a step to stand on.

Seven items were reported missing that I left in the trailer. I was charged for these items and I am not sure if they were stolen out of the back of the U-Haul. I called U-Haul itself and never received a call back from this manager. I wouldn't recommend this location
