Worker was nice, said it was her 4th day and did nit know how to log into your system. Called the owner and had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. I was told the reserved truck was not allowed to leave the state. after another half hour he was able to get it fixed. He was nice, but it took an hour and 15 minutes in total and I was the customer. I was also charged 28.00 for safe move that was not discussedChuck C.

Clearly explain directions in advance to the customer(s) the process to pickup at a remote location without any staff. The U-Haul was behind a locked gate with no accessible access for customers. Also, having someone call the number listed on the door, only for no one to answer was confusing. Finally, my pickup time was delayed by almost an hour due to no one answering or available to assist. Horrible experience. Delayed my movers and impacted my timeline.Eloise L.

1. instructions did not clearly indication I needed to download the app 2. even when I did, the app didn't reveal the proper code to unlock the key 3. it took several attempts with the phone rep to get the lock open. I wasted precious time on my moving day on this when it shouldn't have 4. the truck was not in the lot as indicated. It was parked on the street 5. When I returned the truck, the app kept closing. Again, took me WAY longer than necessary to return it 6. I was overcharged for mileage and haven't heard from U-haul when they said they'd call the next day 7. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Karla I.

It was 10 miles more then what the paper work had on it. I live 4 blocks from the uhaul location I went straight home and started loading the trailer. Before I took off from home an hour later I took a picture it did 468 but the paper work had 458 on it they tried to play me and I got charged for mistakeCANDACE C.
I really don't see no room for improvement everything was very nice customer service was excellent they helped me figure out the best thing to do for my needs and gave me the best quality of service . So you guys get a High Five great job Thanks Tracey L.

I had the absolute worst experience with Uhaul from start to finish. Firstly, picking up my Uhaul at Kash Bros. I showed up a little early to make sure I had everything ready to go for my pick up to have the door shut and locked on me and told they open at 9. I was 10 min early. Went back to my car then knocked at 9am. The door wasn't opened until 9:15 and I was told there was no one there to hook it up for me and I had to wait. During this time the sales associate working the desk was extremely rude to me and another customer inside the office. She FaceTimed her boss right there at the front desk complaining about how booked the day was and that no one showed up to work while they were both cussing at each other right in front of us customers. No one showed up to help hook up the trailer so an hour later she decided to try to do it herself, was unable to and asked a mechanic who helped and was able to get it on but both were complaining the entire time. On top of him smoking a cigarette while the smoke was going into my car through the trunk because they opened it thinking that's how you hook up the lightsâ€¦ She kept talking about how she was going to leave and wasn't working the rest of the day. I ended up having to spend an extra $40 on a part to help them hook it up. Nervous about driving with it because I didn't feel comfortable either one of them knew how to hook it up I took it to a friends house so he could make sure it was on right because I was making a 6 hours drive with it the same day. It was too loose and he tightened it and made sure I was safe to drive with it. By far the absolute worst experience. On top of this, the equipment was rusted and old. I could barely even get the door closed. She struggled for 5 minutes trying to close it, and I struggled the entire time I had it trying to open and close it.Shelby W.

Truck wasn't available when I showed up. Waited about 40 minutes - then had to drive twenty minutes across town to get a truck from another location. That's my time, my gas - if it was the other way I would be charged right? Not a great relationship maker frankly.Keith S.

My moving experience was absolutely horrible with UHaul. Not only did I not get my preferred pick up location, I had to travel to THREE uHaul pick up facilities spanning 100 miles putting me 4 hours behind for my travel and losing my moving help in TWO states as a result!!! Not to mention no communication until AFTER I called tying to figure what was going on, being told my reservation was lost and spending a ridiculous amount of time on hold! UHaul didn't hold up to their pick up guarantee and I feel owed me my money back! To be clear, the frontline counter people I worked with were patient and tried to figure out what the scheduling people screwed completely up. That was the ONLY positive thing I can say about this.JAMES B.
1) My reservation was moved from a location a half mile from my home to one 30 minutes away without any notice and without requesting which location would be my preference. 2) My reservation was moved from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. without any notice and without asking if that would be ok. 3) The pickup location was not open for 15 minutes after the scheduled time, then the employee couldn't get my reservation up on the tablet they had and had to wait for the secretary to come to check me out. Then it took another 15 minutes to change my utility dolly to a furniture dolly. 4) The employee put the dolly in the back of the truck, but didn't do so in a manner that would keep it from slamming all over the truck when turning corners or stopping. 5) There was no walkthrough of the vehicle and there was a broken driver side mirror. The people at the location were perfectly kind and pleasant to work with, but the office is a big, pot smelling space, shared by other "companies" and not looking like a UHaul location at all. The parking lot is congested and the other patrons of the location are ridiculously rude and block the entrance to the location, making it difficult to pull out, with another person's truck in the middle of the small opening in the fence.Noelle F.
The place and trailer were fine and people helpful but very far from where I reserved 2 months ago, I find out the day before they switched my pickup place 45 minutes away at a time when the place wasn't even open so I had to make personal adjustments at the last minute. Called the location 3 times leaving messages to call me with no return call. Ridiculous. I sat on hold 90 minutes with scheduler only to say sorry, other people have to travel further. The person was two hours late to check me in, didn't answer the phone when being called, didn't know how to work the iPad for the rental contract, and checked in a customer with a later reservation before me. There was a large, full garbage bag sitting out in the customer area along with trash in the counters. Will NEVER go there again!!Elizabeth B.
