Site said I couldn't drop it off yesterday because the location was closed so when I dropped it off today I was charged for an extra day. Also there was no one present at the site today anyway so I am frustrated that the site said I couldn't drop it yesterday.Brian B.

So I reserved 16 hours online and only got 9 hours from the paperwork. That kinda pushed us to rush our project. Not sure why it was changed to only 9 hours. Also the van was a little dirty and I found what looked to be cigarette ashes in the driver side door. I guess I should of taken a picture is this when I picked up the truck but only did an outside walk around. Hopefully I won't be getting charged for this. The gentleman that helped us was very very nice and accommodating. I will use this facility again.Brandie C.

The available WiFi is not secured, and so I couldn't access the Uhaul site. It was difficult then to get location services to work. We were unable to do the transaction no-contact, which was disappointing. I was given the wrong vehicle at first, and when I got the right one, I had to clean a lot of snow off it myself. While I cleaned it, I put the key on the front seat and closed the door, which automatically locked. The office did not have a copy of the key! Who doesn't have a second key? The associate was kind and patient, and did his best under the circumstances. He gave me another vehicle. I was able to return it via my smart phone, but the process seems unnecessarily complicated.Kevin P.

When a reserved item with Uhaul is requested, and the location for the item is not available, offer a similar rental if available at the location requested instead of immediately transferring the reservation to a different location. Offer AAA and or AARP discounts, or a discount on mileage cost for overnight rentals That is over 50 miles. Uhauls $19.95 per day advertisement is completely Misleading, when costs incurred for larger mileage amounts, and required Insurance, can lead the rental costs up to, and over $140. Not including the replacement costs for gas. Your $19.95 a day, turned into $210! I only â€œPhysicallyâ€ used the vehicle for 3 Hours! No, I am NOT a happy customer, and will not be using Uhaul again.Wendy R.

we had a specific pick up time at a slow quiet location. They did not brush the snow off the vehicle until after we finished the paperwork. Please understand the attendant was very friendly and professional. Also, I'm still confused how to check in on line We tried to do this and were told that can't be done until in the parking lot? Another rep told us we could do this an hour in advance. We had a very long day and did not want to spend 45 minutes to an hour checking in.Kent A.

The location was closed when I dropped off the trailer and it was very hard to get it off the hitch alone. Uhaul should have stands with jacks at the locations or the flip down legs for trailers to make it easier to remove alone or take off your vehicle during the move.Alexandria S.

Uhaul initially booked our pick up at Auto Buy in East Montpelier, Vermont. The owner canceled on us at the very last minute! Fortunately we were able to re-book at K&R, and they were very responsive and professional. We were extremely unhappy with Auto Buy and will never book with them again.James P.

I hadn't realized I needed the odometer reading before doing the online check out so I'd already returned the keys and locked the cab. It would be helpful to let renters know that they need that info to complete the check out themselves--so don't return the keys until AFTER you've done the mobile/online checkout process! Cab was clearly not cleaned. (And likely not disinfected). The owner of this establishment is creepy. Poor communication skills, off leash dog that barks at customers, filthy and disorganized shop area, no solid internet access for remote access check in or check out.
