Make sure all the trash is out of the truck before eating to a new customer. Also, be sure to refund the deposit when the vehicle is returned so the customer doesn’t have to chase down her money! Second time this has happened!!!

First of all there was a mix up on location and I ended up with a larger truck than ordered!!! I’m not supposed to get charged for the larger one!’ The address listed for pick up was not the location of the truck. I had to drive 2-3 blocks away searching for the truck! Once located, I had to drive back to the business to get the key and then go back to the lot to get the truck. There was nothing in my instructions to indicate that there was two locations for pickup! I had to call for help through the entire process. Also, I ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck. I should not be charged for that!!

It would have been more helpful to know exactly where to park the U-Haul when returning it after hours. Other than that everything was great.

This the location in Centerpoint the service was awful. Had to drive 35 minuets away from the location I rented from and come back to Centerpoint to pick up furniture. Worst experience in my life. The young men in the Centerpoint location customer service was terrible will never rent from them again.

While the people were nice and polite, the job seemed unfamiliar to them. The storage area is a grassy field, not mowed. There was no help with hooking up trailer. Paper work was not completed properly which caused a big headache when trying to return the trailer. Nice folks, in need of better training.

I paid for 12 Furniture pads and only received 7. Called concerning my order they indicated they were closed on the weekends and don't take messages.

Rental location was 29 miles from home. I drove right past a location 10 miles from home to get there. I assume the other location did not have the equipment, but it cost me about $40 in mileage charges.

Overall, this u-haul experience was terrible. We made a reservation in advance, but was not given a truck at our preferred location. We were told that we would be compensated miles, and then told they could not comp us miles. The said we could drop off in Warrior, but when my husband picked it up, the lady at Sumiton didn't know anything about it and said we couldn't. After I talked to her and explained what the person from the 1-800 number told me, she said it would be fine. When we dropped it off at Warrior, they said we couldn't and that we would be charged more. I had to go over it all again. What a hassle. We will never use U-Haul again. We should have used budget like my in-laws did. They are much closer and cheaper and nicer over-all. The website said that our reservation location would be guaranteed or we would receive $50 cash back. I doubt U-Haul would honor that after all the trouble we had. Moving is stressful. A truck rental company is supposed to make it easier not harder.

I had called k&k and ask about a auto transport they said they didn't have one.Then I to uhaul direct they there was one at k&k.I did rent from k&k.Upon my trying to return the trailer they had closed.So I had to carry the trailer to Good hope.Hopefully other will have a better experience.

I was quoted one amount and we paid in cash with an additional $100.00 deposit. When I took the truck back EARLY I was charged a higher rate! I don't appreciate being scammed like this. I have used UHaul many times with different businesses and have never had this happen. I would not use K&K again nor would I recommend them. Thank you

Our truck was supposed to be in Fultondale, but somehow our truck was in Irondale which was an hour away and our car transport was in south Birmingham. We got the run around from all of the Uhaul people and no one seemed to care we needed our truck to move and they all told us that our reservation was pointless. We had a horrible experience, I would rather burn all of my belongings and start over before I rent another Uhaul truck.

people very nice and helpful the problem was it was not explained i would waste 1 hour of my day picking up the moving van. i rented in oneonta a week before so I could pickup there then had to drive to warrioir. your policy stinks and in all future will check outher moving vans to see if it iwould be a better experiene.

There was no one at this location to drop my trailer off. There hours and day said they were supposed to be open but they were not. They need to update there info. I had to just leave the trailer. Someone could have stolen the trailer and it would have been blamed on me! They need to fix this problem!!
