Valerie WagnerThe trailer had flat, bald tires, so she offered a different trailer. The second trailer had vines and shrubs growing through the bumper and tailgate; and there were ants. The lady was nice and the process was simple though.
Bobby KnightThe UHaul experience was a complete failure;however, tge local store did a great job. I booked online a 6x12 trailer only to arrive Friday and the store clerk told me she had not had a 6x12 for over a week. The nearest 6x12 was 70 miles away in Calera, AL. The reservation was changed to Calera without my OK and when I tried to contact UHaul customer service I waited over an hour to speak to a person and that person then put me on a “death loop” where I would never get back to an agent. Three other calls with customer service agents proved fruitless. Our plans were compromised as we had to settle for a 5x8 unit with roughly 1/2 the capacity as the requested 6x12. Your products are essential for folks like me… however, I should not be able to book a unit that is not available.

Pete SmithThe customer service at this location is very rude especially over the phone. The Dropbox is in a unlit unsafe area it needs to be moved to the front of the store that is a high crime area in which the store is in.

SHERLIA LUCYUhaul return check-in was down Sunday night for truck return, call CS (held on 47 min.). Representative emailed the this location explaining my not being able to access the return process. This location charged me $20 for having to check in the equipment. When I called the location, the (man) that checked it in complained because he had to unhook the trailer from the truck! How do I know where to put equipment on your grounds, pull up to door like all other times I rented from Uhaul. He did not care that the system was down and refused to check for the email explaining the situation and HUNG UP IN MY FACE after telling me to call Uhaul. NO THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOCATION/ NASTY UGLY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
