Ronald SI'm not Happy that I had to have the added Milage of truck pickup location withb2 other locations on FM120 in Pottsboro and on on FM 1417 near Sherman, with the explanation that even with a reservation that neither of these locations could have a truck for me so I had to 16 miles from my house and 16 miles back and the the 16 miles back to the location I got the truck at So only did 11 miles of actual move usage out of it does make me or my bank account Happy. Now I did ha e an agent out of Lewisville attempt to help locate something closer however there was not. So NO I was not happy with the Milage financial due to were I had to go get the truck. Now the place I did get the truck was very helpful to me on making sure everything I needed and returning the truck so it's not this location at all. I am also aware that I will get the standard " OH we are so sorry and the whole well these trucks are for this or there availability and so forth but funny the place I got it seems to have a lot of units the night I brought it back as did the other two places as drove by a looked. I HOPE YALL CAN MAYBE DO BETTER. Maybe put a uhaul center in Sherman like you have in Lewisville cause it prob would do pretty good but hey what do.I know Thank you for the truck rental the truck was pretty decent .

Sandra Lwe had to try 2 or 3 tow dollys because all of them had busted tail lights. the one we ended up taking still had one busted tail light, but we did not have time to try to wait for another to become available.

Christopher OThe long distance drive was a breeze thanks U-Haul! We had no issues with our truck or 3 trailers! The UHual customer service was amazing with getting our rental extended and the U-Haul reps were super nice when we picked all our equipment up! 10/10 will be renting again!

EMBER BK&C Surplus is great! HOWEVER, this truck was a PIECE OF GARBAGE!!! 20' used 50% more fuel than the 26' I rented 2 weeks before, on the exact same route, even though it was loaded SIGNIFICANTLY lighter! AND the A/C crapped-out completely 2/3 of the way from Texas to Nevada, just as I was hitting 110-degree afternoon temperatures! Temperature inside the cab was easily 115-120 degrees!!
