My experience with uhaul was terrible, and I really don't know if I will ever use uhaul again as a whole. This location was fine when I finally got in touch with the person who handles it. No one told me to go online to pick up uhaul until 2hrs later. I told them I wanted to pick up haul at 9:00 and didn't get it til almost 12:30. If you ask me you should give my money for this very poor service. Then on top of that you tried to charge me twice.

Ken at K&C is awesome He helps me with all my needs and is a great guy.My only issue is the the official UHAUL website. You guys need to get it right. It is in NO WAY user friendly.

I called the phone number that was posted to call for dropping off a trailer. Never got a call back. Finally figured out how to do the return on the Uhaul website.

We rent the uhaul often. What i expect is for it to be clean in the back where I haul my items. For the last 2 times I had to put down a sheet of my very own to cover the grease like material on floor board in the back. I have to do this do to the face when I bring my items back in the house I put them on my carpet. If I didn’t put a sheet down my carpet would get greasy from transfer. What I would like in the future in the van is not cleaned out in the back is to be provided with 2 pads to cover the van to keep my items from getting greasy -tsbeads - Jerry gibbons

No one was there, had to put our keys in a drop box. I called the number to inform them the truck was returned. By the time he checked it in they charged us for another day because he checked us in late. Now we have to wait 48 hours for Uhaul to respond then 3-5 more business days for a refund on money they had no right to take.

I love renting my u-haul van from K&C. Ken always makes sure the van is available and it is super convenient.

The guy at K&C was very good. No issue ether. However, I booked a 15’ truck and was told only 20’ was available at no extra charge. I’m sure it cost me extra in gas though. Also, I scheduled pick up at a different location and that was changed on me. Not happy about either of those things. Why did I bother specifying either?

Who puts a key drop box behind a locked gate? this place. If you tell me to bring the truck back on Sunday, you know the place is going to closed. Who finds a truck in their lot Monday morning and doesn't bother to check the drop box before calling me to ask where i left the key? this place. My only guess is that they get off on watching the surveillance video of people climbing the fence or squeezing thru the gate.
