Theresa TOwners said they would do things they did not. They failed to explain contract rates and NEVER answer the phone. In order to talk to them we had to call another Uhaul location in Scottsbluff. Will not rent again..... Try Home Depot better deal!
richard sThe location was dueable since there was nothing available in Alliance which is pretty normal. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the truck though. For a new truck with only 3200 miles, you would think the air conditioner would work, which it DID NOT!! My family was on a time crunch for getting to Lincoln and on a 95 degree day, put the driver at risk for heat exhaustion. You can't imagine what that was like for him driving 6+ hours with that kind of heat! For what I paid, which my invoice in looking back, was not added correctly and appears I was overcharged, I paid way TOO MUCH for this truck!! I really hope I do hear back from Uhaul and this is made right!! If I don't hear back, I will be in contact to discuss!
DIANNE JPeggy was super great to work with throughout my entire reservation and confirmation process. As it turned out, after several reassurances that I would have sufficient time to load up, drive the several hundred miles, and unload, only one of my two orders had the correct return date. Therefore the drop-off location charged me for an extra day. :-(
