Mike ZeringueWe were charged an extra day for a trailer that we dropped off a day early. They had my name wrong and spelt 3 different way making drop off difficult. They would not listen to me about my tow hookup on the uhaul being corrected and tried to force me to buy one then finally realized a way correct.
andrea barvasWe ordered a dozen furniture blankets and one of them had dog crap on it. I would suggest you clean the furniture pads, they all had a bad smell to them.

Matt ParkeThis location made my reservation for me. Kim was fantastic. I switched my booking to this location because the one I called origninally in Anderson, SC (NOT where I picked up the truck) was not very cooperative, helpful, or accomodating. This (Red Bank, TN) location was not open when I returned the truck (Sunday), but Kim had given me good instructions and they had a large drop-off lot and a convenient key drop. Highly recommend this location.

BENJAMIN BLEASDALEI swept the back of the truck and had the cab cleaned but I did not fold the freaking moving blankets so they charged me $25. NO WHERE DID IT SAY TO FOLD BLANKETS. They did give me the chance to come back and fold them but I was already 3 hours away.

Billy HernandezThe location that I have reserved did not leave the Truck as agreed. UHaul customer service has very helpfull in finding an alternative location. I had requested a Hand truck, that was NOT in the vehicle when I picked up. On the return process when I choose the option do not agree with charges, the app closed and did not assist me with the last steps of putting the key and locking the door I NEED A REFUND FOR THE HANDTRUCK THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED

tommy reeseWhen on the phone with U-Haul not k& M and you don’t know about the lockbox on the back of truck and you tell them the place is closed and they say (oh I didn’t know ) and send you somewhere else and the next person you talk to say oh yes it says right here they are closed BUT you need to do this to get the key. May corporate needs to actually care... I lost half a day with this Oh First I reserved truck at a facility that didn’t have a truck

Tammy DemirzaI requested a 17' and got a 26'... Which was way more than I needed or could handle to drive. I was told if I wanted a different truck, I would have to reschedule a new day and time. It was costly to drive and I was told there was a 2 Hr window on return time. Due back at 10am, showed up at 1145 and got charged for another entire day rental... I'm completely dissatisfied
