The young lady who received me for trailer return was very friendly and helpful. I did not go into the store front, as when I pulled up on the street, it was not clear where I was to go with the trailer and there was not street parking available. I called the store and the attendant came outside to show me where to park the vehicle. Very small parking area up hill and on a turn. No real space available for drop off. I have pulled trailers before and was able to maneuver this one into the area requested, but would not have been easy for a novice.
Joseph SThe location was not a problem. However extremely disappointed with 1800 uhaul Had to call in to check in & service was slow& disorganized, was on hold for over 30 mins which screwed up time. Finally called the location number which owner was able to help but was not around & could not get moving blankets. He was not happy that 800 uhaul gave the rental when he wasn’t there. Whole experience I would not choose uhaul again. Company needs to have more service reps to answer calls on 800 uhaul!!!

Matthew FGot charge for insurance I didn't get!!!! Got charged to much for gas difference and got charged for an appliance dolly which I couldn't use because it was too heavy and was not the dolly I rented. Never will use uhaul again!!!!!!
Tonya SI was surprised when U-Haul , at the last minute, redirected my original reservation pick-up site to this very small office. Upon arrival the Owner was super friendly and helpful in getting us properly set up, equipped and on our way!
