Jim DActually HAVE the vehicle there when reserved. This was not the original location for pick up. The original location said my vehicle was reassigned by U-Haul and they had no say. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time was July 2022. I was GUARANTEED the vehicle. But when I arrived two days early to check in, I was told U-Haul took the vehicle and the "Guarantee" reply didn't mean anything. I was told at the time, as with the time, I could drive 40-60 miles way to get another vehicle. And of course, at my own expense without any consideration for the inconvenience. Never again U-Haul !!!

bruce hFor 2 years in a row, I had issues getting a tow dolly. I made reservations 3-4 months on advance. Last year I had to drive 60 miles away to get the dolly. This year I was sent a dealer that wasn't real easy to get my 36' motorhome in and out. BUT, the owner, Jose, provided GREAT customer service. Then, TRYING to use the return app at dropoff, failed several times. It took up 40 minutes to complete the return online. I'm not too impressed. Norm Shirey

Kevin NMake it much more clear that the 10’ trucks do not have ramps. All the ads tout your ramp system. I really needed one with a ramp, but by the time I got there to get it there was nothing else available- and I couldn’t have canceled without a charge anyway!
Susan JI was not happy about the drop off change in location! I chose a place based on my move and then you change the location to a place 25 minutes away and you tell me you will charge me more if I don’t drop it off somewhere else! This will be my last U-Haul Rental!
Gerry STrailer inside was clean. Outside hadn't been washed for months by appearance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check-in was cumbersome for the staff and took alot of time. Lot was a little small for maneuvering. Seems all the information could have already been entered on-line. We would rent from the dealer again. A big plus was they answered their phone when we were trying to make a reservation and very helpful.
David CI had a 15Ft truck on reserve, but when it came time to pick-up their wasn't a 15 ft close enough to my location. I had to take a 20 Ft instead, of the 15 Ft. It was not to much of a problem, it all worked out in the in.
Rodney CPlease lube the ratcheting straps. They were hard to use. Don't let anyone with 32 inch buggy tires rent the trailer. The straps barely fit and one actually came off during transit.....or put longer straps on... especially the part from the tire net to the ratchet.

Chuck JThe lock on the truck did not lock and I had to buy my own lock also the gas gage read 1/4 tank when I picked the truck up on the rental contract it says to return the truck at 5/8 of a tank (yeah right) why would I put more gas than what I started with from 0-10 u haul in lake havasu sucked
