Remove them as a uhaul dealer. The person that served us was high on drugs and told us that her brother is the best "cook" in town. Referring to making drugs. I will never reccomend that uhaul to anyone.

The address I was to return to was papa 111 on east marion avenue Nashville Georgia,I payed a cash deposit in Huntsville Alabama and when I returned it to the location they would not return my cash deposit,they wanted to mail it to me and I refused,ended up having to re hook to the unit and taking it somewhere else,I was very frustrated and will not do business there again and Will certainly not refer anyone to go there,they were very rude poeple

I had a very bad experience with this location dealing with discrepancies in my bill. I was told one thing and they did something totally different. I had to go through a lot to get it straightened out. I finally was given the toll free number to call which was able to help be tremendously.

This particular location wasn't very friendly, the truck wasn't clean and the staff overcharged me because they didn't put the correct return time in.

Over all experience would be rated at a 4 out of 10. If the reservation is made for location A, the customer should not have to go to location B to pick up and return to location B to drop it off. The reservation location is used for the convenience of the customer. The only possitive experience of the rental from U-Haul was the Pick up and drop off locations friendly, compassionat, and understanding staff. Also to prevent other customers from being pulled over by law enforcement, ensure that all lights are operating properly and your license plate is current and up-to-date.

Noticed a few roaches in the truck

No drop off location was provided when we picked up the equipment. En route we called to obtain a drop off location. I was told that if we drop-off in Bloomington IN by noon 1 day earlier then required my account would be credited $75.00. I dropped of the equipment before 10:30 a.m. the required day early. I just checked my credit card statement. The full original bill is listed. No credit is listed. What do I need to do to get U-Haul to honor their commitment for the reimbursement?
