I only spoke with this location over the phone because I dropped it off after hours. They were very nice and helpful. I do have one small complaint about my bill, I was charged for extra mileage and I did not drive any extra miles. I had to drive more miles than expected to pick up the truck at a farther away location. I should not be charged for that! It was only a few dollars, but it made me feel I did something I should not have done and that wasn't the case. Also, I filled the tank and had extra gas to donate at drop off and that was worth far more than a few extra miles!
