Low tire light on, tge seat wouldn't adjust so I wasn't able to wear a seatbelt and had to sit unsafe to reach pedals

Madison YKalleels was an alternative drop off location for us due to prior vehicle issues. They were very accommodating, considerate, and helpful.
Michael YI booked a 9’ van. Got a call saying they only had the 10’ box tuck available for the same price. The man on the phone, based on Charleston, WV updated my reservation. However, when done the total came out to more than the original quote. Upon picking up the truck it was clear that a new reservation had been made and the cost was different (internet price vs voice reservation price). So, to save money I opted to take the truck w/o insurance. Not what I preferred and it wasn’t a reservation edit, it was a new reservation with new fee schedule. Seemed tricky and like I was being nickel and dined. The rez was cheaper than what I booked but it wasn’t the same and not what I had ordered / reserved.

James SEverything was great with the location, however, the app didn't work even though we had location services turned on.
Todd MI used to drop box to return the truck on Monday but the return was not processed until I called on Tuesday, causing me to be charged an extra day. The charge was credited after I protested.

Dustin AEquipment I reserved was not there. While they did replace the appliance dolly with a utility dolly and adjusted the price difference, it would have been nice to have received a larger discount for my inconvenience as it did t meet my needs 100% and we had to make due. Uhaul continues to let me down with my reservations and never make a financial restitution even when they promise to.
