The only problem I've come across is with the technology. And by this I mean when I look at my bank statement the billing amount has been paid yet the original estimate is still on hold. I count my dollars to the penny. And yet I don't have access to it after three days even though I've visited store and the other amount is posted. Original still pending. The trailer was clean, but it was old. It pulled sloppy (it wandered around behind my vehicle), unlike previous trailers I've rented. The lights on the trailer were terrible. The signals were barely visible and then the left one quit while I had the trailer. If trailers won't be replaced, at least update the lighting to LED. I do not hold any issue with the franchisee. On 21Aug2021 at approximately 0830 CST, UHaul customer service representative was rude in regard to the incorrect pick time and process provided by several other UHAUL representatives. My reservation was for 7AM, but did not receive the truck until nearly 10AM. Also, the McPherson location only had dolly available for my reservation. The dolly was damaged and missing pins to securely tow a vehicle. I was told that I could use rope or find dollies elsewhere. As a result, my move was delayed by 3 hours which costed me $1,257.GEMESIS H.

I live in Hutchinson, and felt annoyed that I had to drive 45 miles to get a small trailer. But I suppose that's nothing you can do about that. I reserved the trailer about 2 weeks in advance and it seems you should be able to work out a system to where I can reserve from my location, not 45 miles away.Maynard Y.

My issues isn't with that specific u-haul location but with u-haul in general and how they conduct business. I made a reservation over a month out and was told I would be able to pick it up in Junction City. When the time came to pick up I had to drive in the wrong direction an hour and a half to Mcpherson. I called to inquire why I was having to drive so far and the representative I spoke to did nothing to assist but instead seemed to try and elevate my anger. Overall, I wouldn't use u-haul again. You business model is very outdated.jacob C.

When I picked the truck up it already had 200+ extra miles than the odometer reading on the paperwork for the reservation. It also only had 1/2 tank of gas. Double check everything before you leave the U-Haul place.Garry S.
Truck wouldnt start after filling with gas. wored with uhaul help which was a pain but was finally able to get it started by starting in neutral instead of park. Happened three other times that day.CHRISTOPHER M.
People were very nice but when we got on the road the truck we had was in horrible condition. The two front tires were bad and you couldn't go over 60 miles a hour or the truck shook to bad to drive. We were expecting to be broke down and in the middle of nowhere. But we got lucky and made it to where we were going. It took us way longer than it should have and was very stressful.Melody L.

I dropped off the truck with a little over a half tank of gas. I was charged $9.06 for gas. I have a picture of the truck gauges, from their parking lot, when I dropped it off. I was disappointed, that these changes were made.Duane U.

The uhaul website would not work to sync our location. Had to wait for 5-10 minutes to speak to a representative to let them know the trailer was returned early, since it was after hours. The representative was really nice though and said she would note the account.CARAMIE K.
