When I picked the truck up it already had 200+ extra miles than the odometer reading on the paperwork for the reservation. It also only had 1/2 tank of gas. Double check everything before you leave the U-Haul place.

Truck wouldnt start after filling with gas. wored with uhaul help which was a pain but was finally able to get it started by starting in neutral instead of park. Happened three other times that day.

People were very nice but when we got on the road the truck we had was in horrible condition. The two front tires were bad and you couldn't go over 60 miles a hour or the truck shook to bad to drive. We were expecting to be broke down and in the middle of nowhere. But we got lucky and made it to where we were going. It took us way longer than it should have and was very stressful.

I dropped off the truck with a little over a half tank of gas. I was charged $9.06 for gas. I have a picture of the truck gauges, from their parking lot, when I dropped it off. I was disappointed, that these changes were made.

The uhaul website would not work to sync our location. Had to wait for 5-10 minutes to speak to a representative to let them know the trailer was returned early, since it was after hours. The representative was really nice though and said she would note the account.

A little surprised, when I pulled up to the building with the trailer, I went in and was told to go out and unhook the trailer myself by the other one. No paperwork looked at, and my name wasn't even asked. No checks on the trailer, nothing.

Drop point was adequate Location good.Personnel helpful.Was on a Saturday . Had trouble locating entrance to the office and where to park the truck . Drop off point was a business not totally UHaul,but very convenient

Pick up was fairly easy and so was drop off. Truck was in good condition. Only issue was that the appliance dolly I had reserved online wasn't available at the location and they weren't able to take the charge off since I had put in the reservation online. I've been told an email was sent to corporate to get refunded for the appliance dolly as they couldn't on site.

I'm very disappointed in u-haul, I made my reservations online for a trailer and AN appliance dolly the appliance dolly I was told was not available at the store it almost ruined my move because I had a washer and dryer I needed to move from the downstairs basement that very steep steps and I needed the appliance dolly to get them out. if I make the reservations U-Haul should've told me that there was an appliance dolly available at the store for pick up

there was a error on our paperwork that didn't show the drop-off location. The man who was helping me did everything you could to fix it. and just assured me that the drop-off would be fine. When we got to the drop-off location they were very polite and helpful and assured me that when the lady who deals with the u-hauls would call me if there were any problems. next thing I know I'm receiving a receipt for 188.00 that I was not expecting. then when I tried to talk to the lady again on our way back home she wasn't there. Very unprofessional to charge someone's card with out permission!

I don't like the fact that you overcharged me and made my account minus and caused me a overdraft fee then I had to wait to get my money back instead of getting it at the place I rented from because they didn't have any money. You need to pay attention to the invoice you give and not charge people without a approval and then charge them for what I didn't use made my account short. I don't appreciate that you caused me so much distress and will never use uhaul again.

Unbelievable. You walked into this business with 2 children sitting on the laps of employees. I love kids, but, they clearly hindered their ability to rent us a vehicle. It took FOREVER! They had computers disconnected, etc. I have never had my patience tried by waiting as they talked to their children about being quiet and eating their french fries while I waited to get the vehicle processed.

Know things like the capacity of the van gas tank. We had a check engine light go on. Evidently the person turning the van in had reported this as well. It took a trip to Salina's UHaul location to find this out. The person there also helped us to understand how much gas to put in the tank. I hope the van went for servicing in Tulsa!
