FRANCISCO SIt was awful; the truck had an empty tank when we picked it up and on top of that we had to run to the nearest gas station to put fuel to be able to use it and returned with gas.

Brad RI didn't care for the fact that the vehicle goes into tow/haul mode every time you start it. Customer service was fast and friendly, good team. I was in and out quickly for pickup without a reservation and the same for returning the rental.

Kristi CAbsolutely the worst uhaul experience I've ever had. The manager at the store constantly called and harassed over the phone and when I needed to extend the reservation he got very aggressive and stated that he "needed the truck back to reserve it for someone else". Being the customer who reserved the truck and extended the reservation, personally I don't care about someone else's reservation. I needed the truck a day longer and this manager gave attitude and stated if I didn't have it back by end of day he was reporting the truck as stolen. Worst experience EVER. Will never go back and will never recommend.

Joseph LWhen returned it who showed me the price I asked him to explain it to me and all he said to me was receipt would be emailed and to just wait for receipt to be emailed and didn't tell me if what I paid previously would be applied. This is something they should be willing to explain to me and honestly just bad customer service. Probably will never go to that location again.

Mark RNothing was really explained about the U haul in particular the gas that was needed to return the U haul and I put $50 dollars back in the U haul before returning it and I actually drove the U haul about 20 miles but I wasn't really sure how much gas to return the U haul with so I actually put way to much gas back in the U haul before returning it. I tried to talk to the business about the gas after returning the U haul the gentleman at the business where I returned the U haul really wasn't concerned about the gas when I spoke to him he was rude about the whole situation so in the future I will be using another company for further moving in the future. And I wouldn't recommend U haul to friends and family in the future.
deborah vThe vehicle I received was poorly maintained. It had obvious damage on the hubcap and and side step . The hubcap looked like it was glued back together like a puzzle. This was the second choice as the first vehicle offered had a defective tire with a slow leak. This is Absolutely unacceptable!!! I would not recommend this Uhaul location at Kairos Karat in Lakeland Florida to anyone. Upon, rental return the Manager Glen Jones charged me for 100 extra miles I did not use.
Janice PThe scent inside the van resembled that of a ship's, and upon receiving it, I noticed a few leaves scattered about, but I didn't pay much attention to them. After all, the vehicle is primarily used for transporting goods, not for luxury purposes. However, when I returned the van, the person in charge complained that it wasn't clean! I felt frustrated by the inconsistency. I had only transported clean chairs and a table, using blankets underneath them for protection, so there was no garbage or dirt in my cargo.

JOE RI had a difficult time finding the building entrance. The entrance road is on the back side of the building where there's no signage pointing you to the front entrance. An associate directed me to the front entrance, but the door handle has a digital padlock on it and the glass was heavily tinted, so it still wasn't obvious. It appeared locked. But another associate welcomed me in once he noticed I was lost. All things considered, I had a good moving experience. The associates were helpful, attentive, and concerned about my moving needs. The paperwork and process was explained to me clearly each step of the way.
