Picking up a uhaul no gas was unacceptable
avalon gI had to reserve 2 different trucks my first truck that’s on Klondike/covinton hwy was roach infested 26ft truck soo I was delayed and still trying to get my money back from that
Jamaar DThis was the 2nd location I had to go to, the first one didn't have what I needed but got me a reservation at this place. I got there and the man didn't want to give me what I reserved, telling me it was his in town truck and asking me when I was returning it. Once I told him I was going 1 way, he picked up his phone and started calling people asking if he had to give me his truck. This took almost an hour. Once he decides to get the keys for me, the truck has no gas (completely empty) and I'm now running late to pick up what I need to get with the truck and car tow. I'm almost attached when he runs back to me telling me not to take it and to go up to road to another U-Haul to get a another truck. By this time I just wanted to cry. Not to mention that I was given a price of $200 something and was charged for almost $500 something. Terrible experience

Jerimiah GThis location should not be used outside of business hours. This was not a safe location for pickup at 6:00 AM. I did not feel safe picking up the truck here. I was also missing the equipment I ordered (moving blankets).

KAMARAN FNot the drop off location that I selected. I was not notified of any change in drop off location. U-Haul customer service number listed on the contract paperwork would not answer the phone despite multiple attempts. Eventually found out that this was the drop off location after going through my online account and saw that was the location listed. Location is a very sketchy place in the middle of a shopping center parking lot with people hanging around or sleeping in vehicles in the middle of the day.
Sterlin HWhen J got into the truck there was a chick fil container in the center as well as a Red Bull in vehicle. Furthermore the vehicle barely had gas to start so my roommate and I had to rush to a gas station.

laura bThe person working there from a distance pointed where to put trailer. Showed no intention of coming over to unhook trailer. I got out and unhooked myself. Luckily I have rented these trailers several times so I knew what to do, but first time I've had to unhook my self.

MUSTAFA SThis location stood up to its poor rating. Owner was rude and not knowledgeable about how to check me out. Put wrong location, wrong return date. And tried to charge me for furniture pads that I didn't ask for. Thanks goodness for the rented location. They help me reach out to 1800Go Uhaul. To correct everything that this location did wrong.

GLORIA OIn the first place they charged me $39.99 for $29.99 truck. Second for 3 mile/ 30 min trip they charged me for 5.6 gallon fuel/~$19. For around $30 trip they charged me $67. Literally they stole my money from my account. At this place they are ripping and stealing uhoul customers. I am going to report this to uhaul corporate office. I have all the vehicle pictures, the receit, and the transaction on my bank account. And I will report this to my bank and reverse this mony back to my account
Tesfaye GI will NEVER return to this location they charged dome charges on my card WITHOUT authorization. I was falsely charged for the dollie and I did not have it rented at all I am so upset. I am gonna contact a lawyer for assistance.

BENJAMIN WThe person renting the truck to me took over an hour to check me out. I needed to remove the car transport from the order and he didn't know how to use the computer software to remove it appropriately. This delay messed up my timeline for my move considerably as the movers were waiting outside of my apartment.
Uche AThe trailer had 2 huge holes and I told the guy and he told me to use the air hose. Not aired up for me he told me to do it. I told him about the holes and he just shrugged his shoulders. I had a blowout within 2 miles. Took 80 minutes for road service. He should have addressed the tire. I was 2 hours late for my job.
Robert SWorst U-Haul experience ever. Minus 5 stars. Dirty truck, broken mirror held together by tape, which ended up falling while I was in traffic, I had to drive without a side mirror after endangering myself trying to dodge traffic to pick up the mirror which fell down in traffic.

However, the regional manager, Danny Quinn, Jr., provided excellent customer service to make up for it and explained that the person who runs the store had a family emergency and could not be at the location. I would just recommend that the customer be notified when things out of the ordinary occur to prevent a disgruntled customer.

joe ySince it isn't a full service U Haul store, they were not stocked with supplies. We ordered a dozen moving pads, but they were a few short. The associate was unable to give any credit back or offer other supplies.
Gail Kthe people struggled with paperwork and had me hook up the trailer.it would have been easier if the tropical storm that came through had waited till we got trailer.
