I did after hours pick up and it was pretty simple and the woman who runs that location was very helpful and took the time to explain to me what to expect when picking up with my mobile device. She was great!!Sandra C.

The check-in process took a very long time. The code on the lock was not working. I had to call customer service and was on hold for a while. There was also no internet service by the truck so I had to keep walking away to continue through the check in process. I would not recommend this to anyone.Julie S.

These folks are my new go-to for UHaul rentals. I'm very pleased with the service, attitude and speed with which they were able to get me in and out. Both the women who helped me there (Kaitlin and Bobby Joe, I think) were very efficient and courteous.BRAD W.

We were made numerous promises about being able to retrieve our keys since the location wasn't physically open when we needed to pick up the rental. A Mobile employee, was supposed to pass the keys along to us. JH, who was working Sunday morning (a Mobile employee) stated to me he didn't work for uHaul, he knew nothing about my rental, etc. I proceded to uHaul call customer service, they were supposed to refund us $50 for the keys not being available. My husband entered the store to try and speak with the employee. He then threatened my husband saying he would break his arms if he came any closer to the register he was working at (he was behind plexi-glass as were the rental trucks keys). We tried to explain we tried retrieving the keys via the lock box, but they weren't there. So, my husband left the store and I went in to try and speak with him a second time. He then proceeded to dangled rental keys and a contract in front of me like a child saying he wasn't giving them to us, he had no note for him to do so. The person that runs the uHaul (didn't get his name) said he left a note for John to release the keys to us the day before. Local police authorities were called. We finally got our keys after an hour of waiting for the Uhaul employee who showed up at 12noon. We were overcharged. The truck was dirty. The mileage was not properly documented. The gas station was closed before the posted hours which didn't allow us to fill our tank (as per the contract) and we were also overcharged for gas. No $50 refund, no follow-up.Denise C.

I was charged a credit card fee of 57.30 and the owner could not explain why. He told me I needed to contact UHaul corporate. I was also charged a fuel surcharge of 23.38 and I only drove the vehicle 8 miles. Please explain. I have pictures to prove thisJeffrey S.
Not have the system go down the day of arrival with no way to contact uhaul or the store. Thank fully the store was able to accommodate later in the day. delayed my move by a few hours. Luckily the store was open on a Sunday. Uhaul needs a better solution when this happens.Orion B.
Truck had not been cleaned. The driver side mirror would not remain locked in position due to weak spring tension. The customer service rep was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and deserves to be recognized for her conscientious attention.Donald W.

This location doesn't open until 10 on Saturday. This does not serve the customer at all and I had to do a self checkout. Uhaul decided to do maintenance on there web site during the busiest day of the week. As a result, I had to drive to another uhaul dealer to help me. Not a good experience at all.Todd S.

After reading many great reviews, I tried this location out. Unfortunately, not only was the attendant not wearing a mask, but he was unable to assist me in the pick up procedures. It was about 10 degrees out. The lock was frozen closed and the app wasn't working properly, which caused me to have to call U-Haul and get on the phone with a representative. It was a very long pick up procedure. The phone number that the app was dialing, I'm assuming this location, the phone just kept ringing, with no answer. Thankfully U-Haul did reach out to offer their apologies etc. that was very much appreciated. The other customer service associates from U-Haul were nice and helpful. I would use U-Haul again, but I won't be picking up a truck from this location again.Katharine R.

The clerk at the store was not wearing a mask while processing the rental. They were behind a glass divider. The clerk was still not wearing a mask while mopping the store when I returned the vehicle. It made me very uncomfortable.Matthew G.

The vehicle's right front wheel bearing failed at 40mph. The tire blew and almost killed me. The failure to properly maintain vehicles is a major problem and I would absolutely not recommend UHaul to anyone.Nik A.
