I can’t remember the name of the lovely woman that helped me along the way (my apologies) but she was extremely patient and graceful! Especially considering that I needed a last minute uhaul! She was so sweet and gave me clear instruction on how to safely depart my truck and check it back in. I’ll definitely be using this location for all future needs! Thanks so much!!

Profail GThe truck was dirty from the start trash and different stuff all over the cab of the truck. Found other trash and even a bullet in the box of the truck. Worst of all the air conditioning didn't work at all. Made for a very long hot day. Very disappointed in uhaul.

Roslyn BAC did not work on vehicle and there was an oil substance on the floor in the truck’s back that ruined my couch. We almost slipped and fell on it.

STEVEN STrucks were dirty inside and not as described in the previous renters description. Clean trucks and a full tank of fuel to start would be nice
Chad SFirst there needs to be a better system of communication the reservation was made 24 hrs in advance which was enough time to have everything in place the day of the reservation next there needs to be correct keys to the equipment that was reserved also the self check in is very time consuming there should be a heads up given but why would you money is to be made and your probably banking on customers having to extend their time because the verification took longer than expected which is eating up the reservation time it’s all a scam. Then when I did put in the complaint about not having a key for the equipment I could not cancel my reservation so I was charged anyway and I never even used the equipment

bethel nSo I made reservations at the Uhaul on Old National hwy. which I got a phone call confirming the the truck was the there at the location. Arrived at the location at 11:45 gave the worker my Drivers license. She told me that the truck the I Reserve wasn’t there. But it was showing that it was there. She call her manager and she made reservations at the Fayetteville, location which was 6 miles away from where I had to travel to get it and 10 more miles to the location where I had to go. If I was on Old National I was would on travel 3miles. when I ask would u get compensated for the miles that I had to travel to get the Uhaul I was told NO. When it wasn’t my fault that I was told the the Uhaul was there on there property. Even the work said it was supposed to be on the lot
Reandra BI reserved the truck 3 weeks in advance. I also ordered a furniture dolly, a hand truck and furniture pads for my move. When I arrived to pick up I was informed that the trucks check engine light was on and that they were aware of it, none of the items I ordered were in stock no furniture pads no hand truck nothing. It would have been nice if I was given notice that needed to find theses items myself before the day of my move. And the truck was very hard to handle it definitely needs some work on it.
KENSHUN IThis is not for this location - the phone app allowed pickup was excellent and the lady receiving me back was excellent. Due to me picking up before hours I am wondering if the last person to drop the tuck off did not clean it. However my only complaint is your advertising which I find very, very misleading. You are using a very small percentage of the cost of the truck that is a fixed cost - almost the smallest part of the cost. Someone only has to drive 21 miles to go beyond the $19.99 advertised cost. As your core business in the truck component is helping people move stuff from one place to another this means distance is involved. To leave out the cost of the distance aspect in your advertising I find very misleading. BTW -small print is not advertising.

Diane DI requested and was given an in person pick up / drop off vua uhaul, however the owner was never there during her open hours and I ended up being forced to do self check out online etc. 30 min on drop off and pick up and very frustrating! I request a discount for the inconveniences.

michael lEverything was great at that location but U-Haul itself charge me $25 and some change for gas saying that I didn't replace the gas when I got the truck it was at a quarter tank they have on the contract that it was at 3/8 of a tank for that account I had just the right amount of money in there to pay for it by them charging me the 25 and some change took me in the negative and my bank charged me for overdraft I feel that I should be compensated the money they charge me plus overdraft fee I took pictures before I pulled off from its location would show the mileage that it was on there and when I returned it please contact me by email or directly 313-917-2467 my name is David loving

DARRYL HI was charged for a dolly that was not on the truck when I picked it up. I was told that the rental was $39 total plus the mileage. The truck was driven 23 miles ( a little under) which should only be a charge of $22.77. The truck was not clean in the inside of the loading space and I took pictures and contacted customer service immediately after noticing the red dirt in the back of the truck and tires.

There Was A Drop Iff Closer To My Home Which I Tried To Drop Off To But Unfortunately It Wouldn’t Allow Me Ti Because If Uhauls Selection For Drop Off. Very Disappointing.

Shalanda WI am very unhappy with the customer service at this location. I was forced to return the truck before my rental agreement was up. The personnel took possession of the truck while it was still in my name. I specifically told her not to do that and I would handle it myself. She called aField supervisor that told her to go ahead and take possession of the truck. I would like a full refund.

Eunice NThe young lady that assisted us, Kelly, was very unprofessional! She was completed inattentive to me from the moment I walked in. I stood at the door waiting for some assisted due to not knowing where to go. I waited for someone to greet me or say something to let me know I was in the right place. I saw the U-hauI sign, but didn’t really know because it looked like a boutique. After awhile, I peeked into the open space and she was sitting, on her cell phone working on something related to the clothing that was around her. I continued to wait while not knowing if I was even in the right place. When she got off her call, she asked how she could help me. I told her who I was and stated that I had a 5:30 reservation. I also asked if I was in the right place. She continues doing what she was doing while telling me what I needed to do. I didn’t understand what she was asking me to do and when I caught on it did not work. She continue to work with her head down while I tried to download my license. I was confused and she didn’t offer to assist me or focus on what why my license wouldn’t download. I attempted 4x before she called someone for assistance. By that time, I had grown crusted at her lack of attention. While on the phone she told the person that it needed to be fixed because the customers was getting mad with her and that she has nothing to do with the system not working. I was in disbelief after hearing her say that because the breakdown in the was not what frustrates me. It was her lack of attentiveness. She finally got up and tried to do it herself on my cell phone. After everything was completed, she walked to the door. I was still sitting down when she let me know that she was going outside. She continued to explain the process quickly as if she had somewhere to go! I attempted to get her to explain certain things again, but didn’t want to continue the process with her. I just figure I would call customer service for help when I returned the truck. She was horrible!!!
STEPHANIE WThe address that shows on the website it WRONG. Sends you to a place in the middle of downtown, when in reality it's WAY out of town. I had to call twice to find out where the heck this place was. It's also almost invisible from the road, because the parking lot is down a hill from the road. If you blink you'll miss it.
Gregory KBad customer service. Owner didn't tell the truth charge me for two days when I told her I didn't want the truck but for one day. Very bad experience and will never use her business again. She didn't tell the truth.
LYNETTE BWhile placing the truck order via phone, I informed the representative that I needed a dolly. She explained that an additional charge would apply. However, upon arrival and during a conversation with the representative who placed my order, I was told that there were no available dollies on site. This was very disappointing because I was headed to pick up some heavy furniture. Additionally, I had to be there by a set time which would not have allowed time for me to stop and purchase one. The furniture was loaded but with extreme difficulty without the dolly.
