Michael MThis UHaul location was great and not the issue. The issue was with UHaul reservations. I was originally supposed to pick up my truck at a different location 30 miles away that was reserved several days in advance. It was listed as a 24 hour pick up location online. It was not. After driving 30 miles and getting to my pick up location early, I found out that I could not in fact pick up my reserved truck until 9am (arrived at pick up location at 7am). Luckily, I was able to see that there was the same size truck back where I live (30 miles away from original pick up location) so I had to drive back there to pick it up. All of this caused my trip to be delayed by several hours. Once I finally got into a truck, it shook so badly that it was difficult to drive, especially on highways. Since I was already running late due to the issues mentioned above, I did not have the opportunity to take the truck back and get a different one. While driving, the brake light illuminated on the dashboard, although it did eventually go off. The truck also had great difficulty shifting gears.

Samuel BI reserved at one location, showed up to pick up my equipment only to be told I had been bumped to a different location. I was not contacted/informed which meant I had to waste time going to a second location. Improve your communication!

Bill GI needed some quick help and had been struggling to figure out a solution to get a vehicle, after I put my reservation in I got a call almost instantly they were so friendly and helpful had me on the road within the hour, however I had an issue with drop off and couldn't get it back on the promised day, again so quick to help me find a solution to my issue and was able to get everything done, 100% would recommend

Renee MK& D was outstanding super helpful!! 6 stars out of 5 I called to extend my rental with Uhal and kind of got an indifferent attitude that seemed to borderline rude... and tried to call back again to extend and the wait time was 20-30 minutes and after being on the phone for 28 minutes uhal disconnected me. So I called K&D and there was no wait they extended the rental just took seconds no problem super helpful and accommodating I will go through them everytime now.
Patricia MWe requested equipment in July 5th at a location a mile from our home in Reno. We found out the day before we left that we had to pickup the one way rental At a location/town 120 miles round trip from our house in Reno. We had to drive our vehicle there gas up the rental and our personal vehicle and drive back to Reno to load all of this done July 22nd. This is not the first time I haul screwed us with last minute inconvenience and personal cost. Never again!!’

Rodney OI was sent 60 miles out of my way to get to this location. My reservation was 5 miles away and changed at the last minute. 2 extra hours of driving and fuel costs. Not impressed.

Melissa DOur U-Haul experience was the worst we have ever had. This particular locaiton was awesome it was the other issues with U-Haul that made the experience terrible. To be honest we will not be using U-Haul again in the future.
