Everything about this location was great and everything was easy to walk through and return the vehicle. The only problem is that we were told the gas tank was full and we needed to fill it back up before returning. Unfortunately it wasn’t full and we had to put about 6 gallons of gas into it to get it a full tank after driving only 19 miles. No one was at this location when we returned and had no way of letting anyone know.

sherlan sEquipment was INCREDIBLY dirty. Smelled of mulch or manure. We didn't even end up using the back half of the truck since there was some sort of debris/gunk spread out over the walls. Absolutely abysmal rental.

LAWRENCE PWhen I got to the location, I had to wait a little while to be serviced. Then, there were computer problems, and my reservation had to be canceled and rewritten as a walk-in. The whole process took about an hour. Otherwise, the truck was fine, and the drop off was easy.

CRISTINA DKen was very polite and flexible when I needed to adjust my pickup time slightly. When I arrived, he was replacing the tires on the trailer and it was very clean and in good repair. He explained the return process and where to park the trailer, etc. He was polite, professional, and helpful. For what I see as one of the smaller U-Haul pickup locations, I was very pleasantly surprised on how well it went.

Jeffrey BI had to fill up the front tire several times, handle for the window was broken and the office smelled off cigarette smoke so bad that I couldn't even sit in it to wait for my ride. I did tell the manager about the vehicle's issues he didn't seem concerned.

CRISTINA DRental associate was very nice and knowledgeable about the Uhaul trailers and equipment. The pickup and drop off were very easy. However, the trailer itself had electrical issues in right side turn signals, brake and running lights. We reported to Associate and they were to contact owner about the issues. We have not heard back from owner concerning this issue.

JAMES KRented a UHaul truck twice in the last 2 years. Both times I did not receive the furniture pads as requested. Sometimes attention to detail makes all the difference.

Michael Htpms light was on when I picked the truck up. the online reservation and log in process was horrible. it would not accept my password change, after 5 attempts and I had to call customer service to get it corrected.
Greg Si was charged for two days when I had the uhaul for 20 hours, i was also charged for two days of of insurance. the truck was sitting on there lot hours before they decided to check it back in, then trying to charge me for two days of service when i only had the truck for 20 hours
