Madonna BowieIt took me a total of an hour from when I got to the location to pick up my truck. The mobile instructions were very good and easy to follow however I had so many small issues, ranging from the code not working for the key to my truck reservation having to be a different truck number all together. I was on the phone with 24/7 service and they were helpful but I spent 15 minutes or so on hold/on the phone. It was just a hassle and took a while to complete.

Robert BoltzI had to change my pick up location at the last minute because I had reserved through Ron’s Automotive on the uhaul website a month in advance yet they had no record of my reservation. I’m so thankful to S & A automotive for helping me get the equipment I needed on such short notice.

Sam McCartneyThey didn’t have a truck at one location so they moved into another and I had two trucks reserved so no one could figure out what to do. So they transferred me to 24/7 people and was on hold for 44 minutes. The back of truck was dirty there was trash in the cab, there were several dents all over truck that weren’t on the pics. I didn’t have time to dispute them all since I was already 2 hours behind just trying to check the truck out. Horrible horrible experience.

David KrutzfeldtSatisfied with everyone involved, not happy at uhaul fuel policy, when I picked up truck gauge was on 1/4 tank.. Filled up to 3/4 tank my gas was $90 and asked to be reimbursed for the$45 worth of fuel... They would not refund me so I'm out an extra $45 🥴

Brock RobbinsU-Haul website didn’t work, sat in parking lot for over an hour and a half trying to complete online pickup. Truck was available but had no way to get key. The customer service was very good and got me into truck. U-Haul website sucks! Customer service and pickup area very good!

brett elseThe truck ran ok, but it didn’t sound like it would hold together. The office was messy and not very neat or clean.
Linda RussellWe had to go through all the reservation questions 4 times. We ended up not getting the size truck we reserved or the furniture pads we reserved. Called U-Haul many times and were told repeatedly it was our fault.

Madison BradenIt would have been nice to have more than a quarter tank of gas to start, but it was not a big deal.
Nicholas FankFigure out how to lower the price per mile, I spent $150 between the rental and filling it with gas. I will buy my own trailer and a receiver hitch instead of ever renting from Uhaul again and I'll save money
