Steven PRented trailer through site but couldn’t actually pick it up due to a light being out. Seems like a corporate problem maybe. Changed to bigger trailer but was very dirty and lots of debris inside. Had to spend 10 minutes cleaning it before I could use it.
Todd SPlease make sure the vehicle is fully taken care of mechanically the check engine light came on roughly half way through our trip. The seats inside the truck were ripped already when we got it.
Nikki HI was overcharged for this unit by almost $30! Not to mention when I got it the back was dirty and had broken glass in it. I told the woman that when I added it up I was only supposed to pay $36 I payed $59 all together. I only had $59 to my name and i was over charged and so I have to pay the price. I'm going to tell everyone how I was taken advantage of when I was already in a tough spot financially. It's crazy how I told her I only have $59 to my name and that's exactly what it costs. This is an outrage to kick someone when they are already down???

Cindy BOne of the worst uhaul rental experience. But according to Todd they all can't be good. I was told my reservation didn't match my license. Told I couldn't drop off at the location pre determined and that I had to use the location in their system and that uhaul was long over due for an update. Told the insurance is mandatory and it covers their a**. I have to picture my id and upload to the app and they cant do it but then its right on their computer. Was told its security reasons that they can't scan it. When dropped at the location they told me the app told me to drop off at the original location that we had picked. Had to call the Indianapolis help line and he got it changed to the drop location. I realize people have bad days but if you don't want to hassle with customers then discontinue service for uhaul.

MARTIN PK S & F Moving Rentals Co has been a consistent 5 star experience everytime I’ve gone. I have rented the auto transport from them a few times. Everytime I’ve rented, the team there has been friendly, quick with getting what you need, thorough in their explanations and making sure everything is prepped before rental, and just overall a pleasure to work with. Excellent service, and an absolute pleasure to work with them everytime.

Joshua MI dropped off when they were closed, so I cannot really rate them on anything.
David MBoth places were nice people, but the people I picked the truck up from said I had until the return place closed to turn the truck back in. I ended up being charged for an extra day because when I turned it in they said it was past the turn in time. Make sure the workers know the the correct info that they are telling people.
James CI rented a trailer based on size but realized 6x12 had a door opening that was only 58". Later I realized the door information was available. I feel it would be better on closed charge trailers to say 6'x12" (door opening 52"x58") The cargo opening worked by 1", and I would of rented bigger if I knew that sooner.

KAMELA LThis was a place we didn’t originally order from the first place was a joke, I signed up with them earlier that week went to get the truck earlier than 9:00am got a message where it wouldn’t be available until 11:00 and I wasn’t told until that morning, if I wanted to pick the truck up at 11:00 I would have that’s not the time I picked because I had a schedule to keep and them not having the truck ready without letting us know was unprofessional for U-Haul, if I wouldn’t have gone early I would have never been on time. Alexis who I had to call at U-Haul was amazing, she fixed things but the Nest where pick-up was not impressed and made my first experience something I won’t do again.
