This location was absolutely terrible! I would caution anyone looking to use this as a drop location after hours. I had a scheduled after hours return that I dropped off as scheduled. I returned the contract in the after hours drop box and though everything was finished. It was not until 32 days later that a $1,332 charge appeared on my card from U-haul that I realized they did not process my return. They claimed that they processed my card when I returned the trailer, 32 days after the scheduled return. Thank goodness I had time stamped photos of me returning the trailer at the location so they would process a refund. This location had received my return contract but claimed they never returned the trailer. One would think that as a business, if you receive a contract in the after hours drop box but did not receive the item that is associated with that contract you would followup to see what happened. No Call. After reading reviews on this location, I noticed a reoccurring trend where clients claim they returned the equipment on time but were charge late fees. If you return to this location make sure it is open so you will not fall victim to this scam of charging people late fees for equipment returned on time.

We arranged to move on the 19th. We reserved a 26’ truck several days in advance. We arrive in the 19th at 9am to get our truck. We were told the truck was un-rentable & there were no other large trucks available. Nobody called us to or tried to make it right. We had people lined up to help us move. We had to be out of our house. They ended up giving us a small truck and a small trailer which was more hassle and over 10’ smaller than what we requested and needed. To top it off, the truck had marijuana in it and now our entire house smells like weed. I’m 7 months pregnant. The associate up front of the store didn’t even try to make it right, just told us we weren’t getting a truck. The young lady who assisted us was apologetic, but it didn’t help us.

I reserved 2 trucks. Picked up the first one and they told us to drop it off at the wrong location. So we were not only charged for an extra day we were charged a $50 wrong location fee. Went in 2 days later to pick up the second truck and they said they couldn't let me have it because another customer had a complaint and so uhaul was making them hold the truck for them. I told them that they now had 2 customers that were upset! I called customer service today and the said there was nothing they could do because we didn't respond to a text or email they sent to arrange a pickup location. BUT I WAS NEVER TOLD MY RESERVATION WASN'T GUARANTEED! THIS IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND HAD PUT MY MOVE AND JOB OFF FOR ANOTHER WEEK DUE TO AN INDECENT JOB OF COMMUNICATION. I WASN'T OFFERED A DISCOUNT OR GUARANTEED RESERVATION EVEN AFTER ANOTHER UHAUL EMPLOYEE TOLD ME I WOULD BE OFFERED $50 OFF AND A GUARANTEED RESERVATION OF THE TRUCK WE NEEDED, NOR DID THEY MAKE ME A NEW RESERVATION! I'M SO FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR COMPANIES WHILE PROCESS! I GOT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND AND NOT ONE PERSON ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT THIS OR MAKE THESE ERRORS UP TO ME. I REALLY FEEL LIKE I SHOULD GET A TRUCK AT NO COST AT THIS POINT AS YOU'VE JUST COST ME OVER $1000 MINIMALLY AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A TRUCK RESERVED. I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WILLING TO CORRECT THIS AND HOPE THAT THERE IS CORRECTIVE ACTON MADE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL TRAINING TO PICK-UP LOCATIONS. JODI PORTEOUS 1(509)322-5949

Very pleased with the process! The store did a great job getting me in, hooked up, on my way!! The return was effortless!

We ordered, far in advance, for a 26 footer along with a car hauler but upon our arrival to pick-up, the car hauler was not available and there was nothing they could do except to tell us we have to go to another dealer to get one. As a result, we were told we had lost our bundle deal and therefore the hauler cost us an additional $300 at the next dealer. NOT HAPPY

The entire inside was covered in cracker crumbs and dog hair. The odometer was off and caused us a huge delay when we tried to verify the mileage. Then to top it off the box had an ant infestation and now are boxes have ants.

We took pictures of truck due to it being dirty when we got it. I wanted to make sure we did not get charged for cleaning the truck. We picked up dirty. I need refund back of $25 for cleaning and plus tax for it. Thank you.

The associate who helped me hook up my dolly couldn’t answer any of my questions about the tow dolly which meant I had to look up answers to my questions myself. I would think it would be necessary for an employee to know their products. Other than that it was quick and easy

Although the pick-up process was painless, the agent at this location made an error when entering the drop off location and was unable to change it. A call to U-Haul Customer Service was also useless as that agent was unable/unwilling to change our drop-off location as well.

We as the customer had to hook up our own transport trailer. They helped once we backed up the truck and did the electric and secure hook ups. However, this should have been done and completed for us when we arrived for pick up. A tire on the transport blow while on the road and the 24 hr assist was excellent. back on the road within an hour. Customer service helpline was awesome! Very impressed and satisfied on the concern they had for us being broke down at 10:30 pm in the middle of MT. Thank you!

The place we rented from back in April just charged our card again and took money out of our bank, we payed for it already back in April, they where trying to be sneaky not thinking we would notice, never again can't be trusted
