We did not engage with personnel...just drop off. It was an inconvenient location given there was location less than 3 miles from our destination which I 'assumed' to be the drop off. We had to travel 8+ miles away, in anther town. I was very disappointed that we did not obtain the drop off location until AFTER the pick-up was performed and I received an email/text while returning home. I would consider another service provider in the future.

The tire popped 4 miles down the road. Had to wait 6 hours to have a new tire put on. Put us way behind schedule for our move and made us almost day late.

Uhaul general booking/customer service whatever you want to call it was uacceptable! all three times I that I spoke to them I had to wait 30- 45minutes! And when I was given a date that I would receive a call back to let me know the pick up locations, I never received a call! I finally had to call them at 10pm the date of the call back and was on hold for 45 minutes before I was able to speak to someone. I will avoid using Uhaul again at all costs. Unfortunate, because all the locations that I dealt with were very helpful and courteous!
