It was fast and friendly experience
James LDropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon. Nobody at facility. Told us to just leave it. Then two days after that that location calls us and asks where the trailer was. We had parked it on the wrong side of the driveway so it led to confusion for all involved.

Tony RIf a customer comes in a week early you should tell them to be looking for a email and they can finish their reservation ahead of time so when they get to the location they can pick up the rental and go. It saves money for both sides. No one told me that and I hadn’t read all my emails so when I got to the location I had to complete the whole process. Just a thought!!

Kristen HI purchased ‘SafeMove’ at the time I made the reservation. When checking in to pick up the truck I was made to pay for additional “insurance”.

Brittney MTerrible service. Took 2 hours to get the keys. Mobile check out didn’t work. App didn’t work. Ordered moving blankets to be with the truck, which they forgot. Had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up.
