yolanda impsonFirst, the website quoted a different price than what I had to pay on moving day, almost 3 times as much. I had movers scheduled and was in a bind and had to rent the truck. Second, I was told more than once that I would be refunded for the miles I did not use. After the move, when I called the UHaul 800 number to get that refund, I was told that was not the policy, I was not allowed a refund. Make sure your employees know the policies and give your customers the right information.

DANIEL BALLWhen renting the uhaul. First I called 1800gouhaul, they informed me that in order to use disabled vet discount would need to go to location. I called location and they stated all was good, and would apply disabled vet discount upon arrival. When I got there, they stated do not give discounts. So I was lied to from the get go. So I am sadly disappointed. Only reason I went through uhaul was that they offered the discount. Instead ended up costing me more than if I had went through competitor.

Susan LogueFirst of all the location I dropped it off there was no one there and there was a note saying he was on a "test drive" and to call the 405-609-0517. The time was 12:54pm. They charged me for the full 2 days instead of just charging me for the 1 day. In addition when I called Jason, he said to park and disconnect the trailer myself. Please understand that I am 74 years old and with the little help from my grandson we managed to get it off the trailer hitch. This to me is unacceptable. I would like a refund of 1 day of rental if at all possible. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 918-689-0317.

AMANDA BUFFALOThe 26 ft truck I rented smelled strongly of weed in the area where the furniture goes. I called and reported it to a man named Brian who was extremely helpful. I am supposed to be getting a call back from someone on this matter. I could not even go into the cargo area because I have asthma and it triggered my asthma. Even after using it and keeping it open the odor was terrible.

Diana MitchellBy far the worst uhaul dealer I have seen in my 15 years of renting the guy there Jason has a really bad attitude and will double charge you and the truck was dirty and the 800 number won't help you uhaul has went down hill in the last 2 years

Ravin GraceThe truck had cigarette ashes in it and it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was suppose to have an 1/8 od a tank of fuel. It did not. I had to drive and fill it up immediately so I didn't run out of fuel. Then I was told I had to return it with a 1/4 of a tank of fuel. I don't expect a spotless truck, but the cigarette ashes and smell was bad. When I called this dealership to verify that he had a truck; He told me he wasn't at his computer. He finally just looked outside and said yes. This is the 3rd truck that I have rented this month to move family. Only 1 had 3/4 of a tank of fuel. The other 2 needed fuel.
