I was overcharged because gas/mileage wasn’t read from previous renter. They were almost an hour late giving me the truck and didn’t give me any instructions on the return process.

The pickup and return was extremely easy. The staff was friendly and customer service was excellent.
Alvin NI'm having a hard time deciding if it's well maintained because the truck seemed like it was in good shape but everything in the back was wet. I guess because it was raining. But it was really wet and dirty and there was basically mud in the back of the truck. Which made the moving experience very unpleasant. However, the people at the location were very nice and very helpful. And they were quick and accommodating!

Adrian BHmmm I don’t know lets try by actuality having the equipment the customer has scheduled available. This location did a great job to fix a uhaul mistake! I called uhaul the day before to make sure the equipment I scheduled was confirmed to be available I was told it was then day of surely it wasn’t (not a surprise)! I truly feel I deserve my money back that $50 money back “guarantee is bullshit I called another representative the day that my equipment wasn’t available to try to get the $50 guarantee and I didn’t get anything at all. This is a CONSTANT ISSUE WITH UHUAL! IVE RENTED A TRUCK 3 TIMES ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND ON ALL 3 TIMES THE TRUCK IS UNAVAILABLE THE DAY OF! It throws the customer off schedule having to now wait for new accommodations. It’s unacceptable and I don’t know how you’re still in business.

Timothy ABe very careful. Take pictures of everything. Pick up information, mileage, gas, dents.. none of the paper work they sent me was correct. If I didn’t have pictures I would of been over charged $200. A entire $100 in extra mileage was billed on my card. The gas mileage was incorrect drastically. When I called the customer service was dry and reluctant. If I didn’t have my pictures with the correct information I would of been over screwed. It’s been 4 days and a extra hold of $ 119.00 is still on hold on my account. They have been paid $191 already! My entire bill is a total of $74. This is a shame to charge me $200 extra and still hood my account. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE NEEDING A UHAUL TRUCK RENTAL

Lancelot M1.-They need equipment like dolly ( what I need it ) hand-trucks The vehicles are very dirty ( the one I got ) someone most transport dirt/debri before me I have to use my vacuum cleaner to suck all the dirt around on the cargo area . On front same, very dirty and Muddy ,,,

Zdravko Pu haul customer service was a blessing when self pickup became a nightmare, vehicle was dirty & full of garbage . Rental was scheduled for 10:30 and didn’t obtain till 12:30 due to issue with self check out .thankfully customer service was there ever step of the way .

Montgomery SThe tire pressure for one of the tires was at 20 vs others at 60. the guy said dont worry about it or you can fill it up if you like yourself. The door ajar sounds was constantly on. The guaranteed time and place was not guaranteed at all and I had to pick the truck up from a completely different place. Probably the worst rental experience ever.

Not a slate towards the business, more towards the app. It shouldn't allow me to choose dolly rental if this location doesn't have that service. I had to drive out of my way to a home depot which costed me extra miles on the truck rental and $13 more for the dolly.

Geraldina PThe guy that attended me and took my documents was very professional. Giving the fact that the gas prices are high I was expecting the at lease a half tank of gas but no worries, the quarter tank to me quit a distance before I fill up, this did not change my mind from renting from this location. The van really worked out for what I needed it to do. The yard could be much cleaner and better organize. with all U-Haul truck on one side park uniformly against the fence that would make the yead look a lot better organize and maybe run a little better. The cars that were towed could be placed and organize better also. Both guys needs two radios to communicate better with each other while one is working in the office taking care of the paperwork and monies, he calls the other on the radios to pick-up the keys and get the specify car that was towed, the customer in turn comes from the window goes to the gate to get his car to eliminate any confusion and waiting.
