Junk shun charged our card, then said they didn’t have a truck. They sent us 10 miles away and there we got a truck, but it was dirty. We were told we would get a $50 credit because of the issue. But we were required to pay for additional miles and had to drive extra miles. When we went to return the truck we learned we were double charged. Not happy with the whole U-Haul experience.

No one was there for drop off and deposit recovery. Had to wait 30 mins for owner to show up to take our rental. Owner also couldn't figure out how to make the system work

Due to the fact I had to change trucks on the pickup due to a flat tire it was an issue when trying to check in the truck. The agent had to call for support and ended up letting me go while she continued working to get the truck checked in.

I reserved a 26 foot truck from Harrison Mini storage on industrial park/airport road in Harrison, AR last week for pick up at two pm on last Saturday . The location closes at 4 pm and I was told that the Truck would be ready for me to pick up at two that day. I arrived at two only to find the business closed and locked up. I called the number on the front door for assistance and was told by a male subject that they did not have a truck for me and told me that they did not hold any vehicles for anyone and could not just get me one if they didn’t have one. As I was talking to him at 2:11, I received a text from U-Haul stating my truck was ready for pick up at two at a yellville, AR location. I asked the male what I was supposed to do, and he said go get my truck. This would add two hoursof my time and 200 more miles to my usage. He didn’t not care and was no help. I then drive to the location notes above and she had a smaller truck and trailer that I rented. She was so nice and helpful. She, Sherry, deserves an award and Mr. Crocket needs his U-Haul business taken away from him. Thanks for listening and for your great franchisee, Sherry at the location listed above.

They told us they were closed and didn't help us when we tried to drop off the equipment early. We also didn't appreciate having to drive to another town to drop off the equipment.

Let me say they didn’t have the size truck or dolly that we needed,we called the day before...But U-Haul upgraded truck and dolly at same rate as the one we ordered.Thank you U-Haul... The man that works there is horrible and we have friends that will be moving from harrison to where we are,and we have already told them to go somewhere where else and preferably not the one on industrial road either. 1.This is when We moved to harrison....we brought our truck when we moved to harrison to the place on Industrial Road, when we went inside the lady literally made us go back outside and move the truck back it and the trailer up..and we was told we were supposed to back up a hitch on the trailer that’s the only reason why we didn’t back it up to start with and then she brought the blanket in,if she’d ask my husband to start with me would’ve done it ...she was in a bad mood about it.... that is why we didn’t go there to get our truck to start with when we got ready to leave Harrison . 2. This is when we were leaving harrison....When we went to get our truck and a dolly to tow a car we paid for everything they already had it all hooked up. But we told them that we were going to have to leave the dolly overnight because there is absolutely no place for us to hitch return the dolly around where we live and you could not of got it in there no way . The lady was very nice about letting us leave it there on their lot and said that they would put something in front of it so no one would get Car trailer. Well luckily when we got there the next morning it was still sitting there and it was OK but the man was just very hateful about having to come out there and and hatred and my husband could’ve done it himself because he’s already hitched one up before but he was just nasty just nasty I told my husband when we left that that place shouldn’t be a U-Haul representative at all and I will never tell anybody to go there.... Harrison needs someone from U-Haul to go and clean house...Good luck
