I had a military move where I had to relocate from Norfolk to San Diego. I had rented a Ram2500 to haul my personal vehicle. The gentleman who attached the transporter attached it incorrectly which if left the same, could have been dangerous. I went back to ask for help because I received a new vehicle and the store manager at the time helped me fix the issue. In Pensacola the leaf springs on the right side of the trailer completely cracked. Again, extremely dangerous and could have been fatal. In El Paso while driving on 10 West, 2 tires blew and there was a fire to the driver side of the transporter. Roadside assistance was absolutely AMAZING and helped me make the replacement process easier but I am not happy with the worn out equipment that I was issues in Norfolk and again in Pensacola. Finally in the El Paso Uhaul, Reuben ensured that I had the safest transporter to get me to my final destination. He took the time to give me new tires and grease and clean nuts and bolts. Thank you for your assistance Reuben.

The truck i was given was in bad shape(all sides). When I got my final bill they had charged me for 4 days Instead of the two I actually used it. Now they won’t fix their mistake.

The only issue that I had was that the driver's side of the truck was damaged on the driver's side and a portion of the siding was sticking off the truck like a "V" and there was a piece of tape holding it onto the truck. I was only renting the truck for a couple of hours and traveling less than 15 miles so I decided that I wasn't going to worry about it. Bad move on my part! As I was driving the piece of siding that was sticking out went flying off the truck. Fortunately, there were no vehicles around that could have been hit by the metal. I told the office staff what had happened and they mentioned that the truck had just been returned and hadn't been checked in. Other than that the truck ran well and the staff was friendly and easy to work with.

Woman up front had an attitude and tried to charge us and justify charging us extra for a truck that we didn’t request. Also got sent to 2 different locations that was supposed to have the 10 truck.

The people in the office at this location don't even work for Uhaul! They just stared at me when I asked where to put the keys. This is the second time I have dropped off a truck here and they are always rude.

Though the "U-Haul" rep was not present, another employee step in and was able to complete my rental agreement without delay. Rental trailer driven 400 miles without incident. Drop off location was close by and attendant was courteous, professional and attentive.

There was not a U-Haul employee present when I checked out. So no one verified my mileage or the truck. It was all fine in the end but it would have made me feel better to go over it with Uhaul.

I was disappointed with the service and truck availability at this location. I originally had a reservation with another location, but Uhaul sent me to the location where I rented the truck. They were nice people, but rented out my reserved truck before 10 minutes before I arrived and scrambled to find another truck, but couldn’t find the keys. The truck was not filthy, but had not been cleaned. I was disappointed with this process due to my tight schedule and getting the truck from this location put me behind. I will never again rent from this location!

I DID THE RESERVATIO A DAY BEFRE FOR $ 156 AND AT THE TIME YOU CHARGED ME YOU DID FOR $ 399, i UNDERSTAD THE FEES AND TAXES, BUT THE ORIDIGUNAKS i DID ONLINE WAS ONLY $ 156, SO I AM CONCERNED PAYIN $ 400 FOR THE RENT PLUS THE GASOLINE, I SPENT I COULD PAY A TRUCK COMPMAY TO DO THE TRNASPORT, SO INDIDNT SAVE ANY MONEY AND UHAUL TOOK THE MONEY, NOBODY HELPME WITH THE PRICE AND I DID BEAISE I NEED TO TNASPOR A BOX TO MIAMI I DROBE 13 HOURS AND I DIDNT SAVE ANY MONEY BEUASE THE RATE OF UHAUL

The gentleman I spoke with was fast, friendly and answered all my questions about every concern that I had in regards to the rental. Hopefully I will not be moving again anytime soon but if so I’ll definitely choose this location again no questions asked.

We returned our vehicle early but they charged us for dropping it off after drop off time. This never happened. They also charged a cleaning fee even though the truck was dirty when we picked it up. I even documented in the notes when we picked up the truck that it was dirty and took a picture. I hope I can get my money back for these charges. A really bad experience overall.

We had a 3:45 reservation and arrived on time as we knew location was scheduled to close at 4. When we arrived the gate was locked and nobody was there. I called the 800 number for uhaul and waited on hold for 15 mins for an agent. The agent was helpful and was able to find out that our rental had been switched to an after hours pick up. If the location or Uhaul had contacted us ahead of time to let us know that we were being switched to an after hours pick up we wouldn't have had to rush to get to the location prior to them closing. I also needed to extend the rental for another day and tried to do it online and got a response that the truck was not available for an extension. I called the 800 number and the agent extended our rental with no problem. It seems that if you uhaul is going to direct you to extend the rental through the website, it should have the same capabilities as an agent on the phone. Overall, I was satisfied with the truck rental but there are some opportunities to improve communication and automated customer support.

We were told the truck would be 19.95 plus mileage . The next day they said that it would be 29.95. They said they didn't have the size truck we had reserved , why didn't they when we had reserved it the day before. We were charged 23.95 for three miles. Very poor service and will never use them again. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. Be advised that this store is an independent dealer, not company owned dealer. As such, dealer cannot handle any returns of purchases that were purchased at a company owned U-Haul store.
