Truck appeared to be in a front-end collision; the front bumper had a huge dent. The checkout location was a gas station, and the employee could hardly speak English. He handled the reservation and checkout on his personal smartphone, which had a cracked screen. He didn't know how to accept payment from a credit card other than the one used to book the reservation online, which was necessary because my original credit card number had been stolen the night before. He didn't offer a printed rental contract; he only emailed it to me. When it was time to take the truck, he didn't know which one it was, so he made me pull up the rental contract on my phone and scroll through it to look up which truck number it was. Very inefficient and unprofessional. Felt like we were there an hour just to get the truck we had already reserved.

Angel KLocation applied blankets to bill without my authorization. When confronted he stated, "you need to contact customer support." I asked him if I could drop the truck off on the other side of town since I didn't need to bring it back to that location, he replied, "you can drop it off at any location you like." While this is true, he failed to let me know it comes at a an extra cost. I asked it I can drop the truck off after hours and he replied, "the store will be closed at 6. You can drop the truck off when your done." While this is true, he failed to mention the extra cost for doing so. This store failed to provide adequate information to its customers so that they can make an informed decision when asked.
Chris SPlace was busy, only 1 person to help, messed up our reservation, they were friendly though, u-haul number i called was very very helpful
David GThe person who was supposed to be helping us with the truck was not there when we got there, though we got there very early. Julie, though, was incredibly kind and thought on her feet to help us anyway even when we were early. I was nervous about going to a non-U-Haul direct location, but this turned out well.
Taryn MGas tank was stated as full but wasn't quite. It's ok though. I'm overall happy with everything.

Kelly HHad an appointment for 11:15am. Showed up at 11:10 and was told by the store owners I would have to wait till 1pm they close the uhaul for their lunch. This is unacceptable for a business. Owner was rude after I contacted uhaul and he was made to give me a key.
Wayland FThe gentleman who rented the trailer to me, came outside and showed me what trailer to take. He said he would be right back and never came back out of the store. I had to hook everything up myself and check everything out, as well. I returned the trailer within 24 hours but was charged for 48 hours. I just contacted the gentleman and he said I have to contact U-haul to get it refunded to me.

Dwayne JRep took pics of my credit card and DL with his personal phone running the u-haul app. Assured me that the trailer was water tight after being advised it was going to be hauling very expensive digital electronics. There were two other trailers to choose from on the lot. The trailer ended up leaking water significantly making a real mess. Rep refused to assist in hooking up trailer to truck despite having reported that I'd had major spine surgery and was not supposed to lift more than 25 lbs. Rental Agreement would NOT print out from e-mail and he refused to print one for me. Spent an hour and fifteen minutes later with corporate trying to resolve issue to be able to print forms. Rep again refused to assist in detaching trailer from truck upon return nor would he assist in spotting its location in a VERY tight location from where it was originally removed. I have used U-haul rentals for decades and this was, by for, the absolute worst experience ever. The business location signage does NOT match what's on U-haul information about location making it difficult to find.
K TNobody was available who knew anything about uhaul trailers or how to disconnect the trailer from my truck.
Joseph BThe people were very nice and helped me quickly and efficiently. I had a very good experience with them and will rent again from them. No problems at all.
Roger JJust ask make certain customer does not needa truck with a ramp ...I included a dolly but found...no ramp which was extremely difficult however uhaul understood and compensated which was very nice.
Robin MGuy didn't really know how to unhitch the trailer. He could use some training.
