Representative didn't know how to use computer, was there over an hour, rude.

This is not against Coussons but it was supposed to be a one way to Waynesboro, TN and I ended up getting a text wanting me to drop off in Lawrenceburg, TN. That was 30 miles out of my way. So I called the after hours number and the lady on the phone told me I couldn't choose where I dropped off and ended up looking and saying that the Waynesboro location didn't accept 26ft trucks however I drove by a location with 26ft trucks on the lot. So I had to drive 30 miles out of my way and pay the extra mileage!!!!

Easy to get in and out of. Recently started to repair to the parking lot so it is much more pleasant to drive on. Still needs some work.

They allowed us to reserve the trailer but then called two days later to tell us we would need to go to another location. We had to drive 20 minutes away to pick up and it took nearly an hour to get checked in. They kept calling to ask me when I was coming after I already picked up. I finally answered and they said they didn't have that we had already picked up. So, after nearly an hour trying to pick up the uhaul, they still didn't do it right. Annoying.

Went to get a trailer and the person at this location was not trained to rent so I had to wait for 45 mins for the person that is trained. So I went ahead and put in the order online done the checkin to speed up the process and still took 40 minutes after the guy got to the location. Took it back and spent close to 30 minutes on the return. Really feel like the process takes longer than the move itself. Not very pleased with the experience at all and will not recommend U-Haul or especially this location to anyone.

No one working at this location seemed to know how the rental process worked. It took far too long to check out the truck, and when we returned it the people working had no idea how to print a receipt or check the truck back in. I called Uhaul customer service a few hours later to see if our reservation had been closed out and the truck checked in, and it hadn't been. Thankfully customer service was very helpful and they were able to confirm that we had dropped off the rental and note our check-in time.

We were rerouted to this location after we picked up the rental. We had to back track 21 miles from our final destination to conduct the return. This put us over our allowable miles. The individual who assisted us was very friendly and professional and refunded the extra mileage.

The truck was double booked. As I was pulling in it was pulling out. Had to wait for someone to bring one back. Store was patient and understanding and very helpful to resolve our delema.

We originally were scheduled to pick up our truck at Sears at 5:45. We were there early and got the keys, but the truck would not start; no lights, no turnover, nothing. The gentleman who helped us was a salesman from sears. The lady who handled the rentals had left after giving us the keys and she could not be reached afterwards to tell this poor man what to do. He called Allison in "traffic" who said there was a truck our size at Jugs. We drove out there about 6:30 pm. The gentleman at Jugs was very helpful, and cheerful. However, the truck that was delivered to him had the keys locked inside the truck and the code to open the lock did not work. He called the delivery man back a couple of times and finally the delivery man told him to drill out the lock. We finally left Jugs at 10 pm..
