I would be very careful doing any business with this location.DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT feels that my identity theft has occured an employee at this store and is investigating it..had a rental paid for have receipts and extended rental and two of the workers from this store came and took it in the wee hours of the morning awith stuff in it and then showed to be returned to a different location per email from uhaul police are involved at this point and then two days after all of this got an email and showed returned to a different location.Not only did it showed checked out and checked in the same day...police department stated that it's definitely the store as I agree and the workers..Have them in camera and have were it showed a web online signature with my initials which I never did and uhaul stated that the only way that would or could happen is if I signed into app on stores device never did but they have and are know to hack people's information the store employee with two other customers per police department so I would go somewhere else where you don't have to worry.Itnrefkecys bad in uhaul tonbe haveing people represent there company name by people who commit fraud identity theft and theft not to mention the store that has had so many shootings and killings at..And unfortunately I have to say people are only going to do what they are allowed to do and that's exactly the case with these employees and this store period take advantage of anyone they can

Customers should not have to clean up after other customers who return messy /dirty equipment. Especially without being compensated when they're expected to return the equipment in good condition.

Make sure the customer know that the price will be whatever they " u haul company" say it is because a lot of ppl don't have extra to just give, sone of us borrow money and we get whatever we supposed to pay. Don't change the price.

bad part of town. gas station was very sketchy with sketchy customers. one customer of the gas station was verbally aggressive because it was taking a long time for the attendant to check me out. they did not provide furniture pads.

This was the absolute worst customer experience of my life. Not only was it an unbearable part of town but I had to wait three hours to pick my truck up after the original location did not reserve my truck for 24/7 pickup although it was on my reservation as 24/7 pick up.
