I originally started at my local uhaul station in Mexico,Mo. The owner/manager would not get my reserved car dolly out for me because he didn't want to get out in the rain so I could get on with my day and down the road. So after that fiasco, I drove 30 miles to the Fulton, Mo location and had great service, luckily he still had a car dolly for me since I didn't have a reservation at that location. He got me setup and everything. I will not return or recommend the Mexico location to anyone. It did cost me more because of him. And it cost me a lot more time, something I think we're all struggling to find these days, time. Although I feel like I'm owed money after all this mess of a situation, I will say the equipment was in nice working order.Daniel D.

I did not like the self check in but had no other choice. It took longer than what was explained on the video. It was due to taking too long for my credentials to be verified. U HAUL changed my pick up location the day before. I also reserved an equipment dollie that was not in the truck as my reservation stated. The business was closed so I could not get a dollie and I hurt my back.Serapio F.

I reserved a truck at a nearby location for 9am. A representative of Uhaul called me to change the location where the type of truck was available, no problem. The representative told me the new pick up time would be 10am. Upon arriving to pick up my truck at the new location I was locked out of the online pickup. I called customer service, which took 30 minutes and spoke with customer service who stated I was late and should've checked in at 9am, even after being told otherwise. I asked the customer service for help and they said â€œI'll have to transfer you to a service rep in Missouri, but they usually don't answer the phones thereâ€. 15 minutes later a rep finally helps me by resetting my â€œlateâ€ time. I purchased a dolly with my truck, and didn't receive the dolly I paid for. Not impressedJacob M.

The app used for self check in and checkout wasn't up to par. Upon checking out it wouldn't accept the end of use mileage and the gentleman that rents them out had to enter the info for me. It would also be helpful if whomever receives the monies from various locations for the rights to rent out the uhall products, also provided a discount or something to those businesses if those businesses provided a hose and water supply for customers to be able to rinse the box trucks cargo area and or open trailers in the event it rains during customer use period and mud is present upon return. Finding a car wash for a 26' moving truck is nearly impossible and quite frankly adding mileage onto a vehicle to do so, could potentially be very costly. Over all great service, great product! Very happy to have this rental option in Fulton, MO!!MARY S.
