Abby was amazing, so sweet, she had the truck all ready for us we rode a motorcycle in the freezing cold 47 miles to get the truck and she warmed it up for us. She was very helpful.

They asked me what time i was guna pick the uhaul truck up at i said 9-930...i was there about 915 & I waited over an hour bc they were not there. Then the guy didnt know how to do the paper work so he just got copies of my dl & card & gave me the key. I had to walk all the way around the building to get the truck and it was parked right infront of the gate and instead of him opening it i had to reverse and go to the other side then there wasnt any gas in it. I ended up leaving town 2 1/2 hrs late just bc of all their mess. Then i was told i would just be charged $135 and i dound out yesterday i got charged $202 then another charge for about $5...and i called and left messaged w some lady and still have yet to get a call back and i call and noone answers. Very dissapointed in their lack of customer service amd would not recommend jp welding service!

We were stuck overnight with a flat tire and the next day we were unable to get a used tire anywhere nearby and no car rental places either. The closest location with a tire was over 200 miles away and so we made a decision to rent a Uhaul. We thought we were going to have to do a round trip but luckily they had a truck AND car hauler. They were so very helpful with renting the necessary equipment to get back on the road, such a huge relief!

the wind shield was covered with bugs and engine oil life was at 0%. the interior was spotless and very clean. the truck ran very well and handled quite nicely. The A/C worked very well which was a blessing in Texas. The people at JP's were very nice to deal with.

The 10 foot box truck I rented got the worst mileage of any of your vehicles and it was the most uncomfortable of any I have driven. Next time I will make sure I get a Ford or a Dodge. I realize that what you have depends on Corporate, the service was great but the truck sucked.

The customer service was fine, but the location you have is wrong. Satellite navigation sent me to the owner's residence. I told the owner this needs to be corrected, but she said she had reported it numerous times to U-Haul who has not corrected it.

Do not change your pick up and drop off locations, just because it might be logistically more convenient for the area dispatcher. I think I as a customer I pay enough for the rental service without having to waste my time and money, just to balance or relocate your fleet and or your equipment where you think you need it. Very discussing and surprising business practice, I'll do business somewhere else.

The lights were not working properly on the trailer. They were working prior to leaving and once I left the Location I was stopped by the Police, for the night lights not working properly. I did not receive a ciatation, thanks for the understanding police officer.

You should check and make sure everything works on the equipment before you send it out on a rental. I rented a 5x9 motorcycle trailer in Texas and went to California with no running or taillights on the trailer. I picked it up during the day so I checked the brake lights and the blinkers they worked just fine, but at night I had no lights on the trailer unless I was making a turn or stopping. Luckily I did not get a ticket while driving while it was dark or I would've really been pissed.

The first problem was the location was not at the address given. When I got there, there was nobody there to help. The owner's wife found out though, hauled her three small children up there and checked me out. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and got me taken care of.

The gas gage was less than what was on the contract. Sales associate said she didn't know how to change it in the system. So I was made to put extra gas into the truck before returning it.

This location made renting a U Haul after our truck broke down a pleasant experience, which is saying a lot. Ilene in particular was very professional, helpful and friendly. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone traveling through Fort Stockton!

Waited almost 2 hrs to get checked in so we could leave. Man working didn't know how to use the computer and didn't check the trailer before he gave it to us. Had to sweep it out before using it.

I sent an email that we did not have high beams. We had to drive with just the low beams. Nothing was done about it to compensate us. We rented a U Haul truck under the contract that we would have a safe truck. So by not providing a safe truck, the contract is essentially null and void. Having dim lights only is DANGEROUS. U Haul breached the contract.Funny how U Haul breaches their contract to the customer, but they sure want their money for extra charges. We went over mileage which is BS. Where were ur high beams. I sent the email 3 days before we dropped it off. No mention where to take it to get them fixed.

the plug for the lights to the trailer was at the tongue of the trailer. when we told the people we needed a pig tail to reach from the trailer to the truck. They said that was not their problem, they just rented the trailers. I took one off of another trailer in their yard, but they were perfectly willing to let me take off with no lights on the trailer.

when we went to pick up our trailer the merchant was unable to rent us the reserved trailer because there phone lines and Internet were down. We were able to call the 800 number on our cell phones and got the trailer rented.

Provide reasonable maintenance with safety paramount and not pass trailer on to next person with hopes that it is the next person's problem. Take customer service and safety as seriously as getting a contract signed and collecting your money.

Jose ost of Abilene was a terrible employee. My registration was canceled by him because I asked for a recording of the phone call we had. I never once said i wanted to cancel my registration, they wanted me to drive 5.5 hours each way to pick up the Uhaul truck, with 1 days advance of notice to have to do so. He was using words that are not acceptable from a employee to a paying customer. Once we found a trailer that was still 112 miles each way from my house and location of my belongings being moved with the Uhaul truck, I arrived to this location and she never gave me any paper work or receipt. No mileage or fuel level was recorded and upon returning the truck they lied and tried to make me pay more. I wrote down the mileage and fuel level as soon as I pulled out of this location, and i then called customer service and told them each, also to make sure they charged my debit card and they had not.
