Our only issue was trying to do the remote check-in...couldn't switch drivers on the fly and couldn't complete the process remotely. We did get everything straightened out at the Duluth, MN site.

This comment has nothing to do with the uhaul place I went too. It has to do with the 1-800 number. First of all we have done business with you guys for awhile. And this is the third time that this has happened my husband called in made a reservation for 8 this morning. When he asked where the location was, the customer service person said I don't know I don't live out in Hayward. But the worse part of it all is when I went to put up the car trailer. You did not have my husband's information not even a reservation.I think it is only right that you give us a credit on our car. It took over an hour to get everything straightened out. And it was your fault not the place where we picked the trailer up. Please take care of this as soon as possible. And the last time we rented from you we picked up at Pepper Joe's and you had the wrong trailer. You never done that properly but made sure you got your money.
