FABER MWork on the app, it doesn't work as well, I learned that you need to go to the web site as for some reason it works better. The issue with the app it seems it cannot pick up your location, even though I am on-line and can be scene on Google maps!

Jorge AHad our trailer stolen. Then found 5 hrs into our trip home. Many hours driving and packing and unpacking. The uhaul in Charlotte 3001 Boxmeer drive was above and beyond. Shawn was the best for our situation. Other then the stolen trail the uhaul experience was truly the best Thanks Edward and Cheree DAURIE

LOUIS PThere's not a single sign with the name of the business. After hours drop off is difficult because there are no lights on the property, I had to walk around in the dark to find the office with the key drop off box.

Kevin HTowing the trailer caused a terrible vibration felt within my tow vehicle. The vehicle lot is not well maintained and is very uneven with large potholes. However, this facility has a great selection of rentals available to meet the customers needs. Very friendly staff.
Eric RAlthough this location had no personnel covering it when we returned our trailer, the gentleman on the telephone instructed us where to park it. I did take pictures of the trailer after parking it. All in all this experience was great. The trailer performed as promised and both locations were satisfactory.

James rMake sure equipment is clean and well maintained. Ratchet straps were faulty on the auto transporter. Cab was not clean. Need to have running boards on your trucks. Too hard for seniors to get in and out of.

evelyn mI know you'd say your trail is not waterproof but this was outright leaking And now some of my stuff is ruined and there's nothing I can do about it You should check every trail that comes in and see if it's Leaking And the guy didn't check the lights to see if they were all running he just checked for brake lights that was it My overall experience was not good not happy would not recommend To anyone

Jim Hwe used a car transporter (trailer) but the lights did not work but we used it anyway because we had to , we made it without any problem and advised rental location of the issue once we dropped it off. Nice guy at the dealer, we would rent from him again.

belise bNot sure who is repsonsible for maintaining the equipment (dealer or uhaul itself )so I am not going to knock the dealer. But the trailer I finally got had a balding tire and I had to call to get it replaced as I was going 450 miles.

Geoffrey CThis is the second time the website would not determine location for pickup. Luckily the app worked but it really slowed things down for our timeline. It also spoke of a box for the key that we couldn't find and just happened to check in the unsecured cargo space and it was there. But there was no word lock to secure it. It makes me nervous that on drop off it says to lock the word lock and that there would be a charge if it isn't on there, because there never was one.

James rThe guys at the place were great, but Zephyrhills is a 90 minute drive from Sarasota , where I made my reservation for two-weeks prior. That’s a three hour drive in Florida traffic. What good are reservations if U-Haul doesn’t honor them?
