I would recommend this location to people that are comfortable hooking up trailers. I would not recommend this location for people that are not comfortable hooking up trailers.

Lee J.I requested counter pick-up and nobody was there. Called the phone number posted and got no answer and a full v-mail box. Eventually got a call back while I waited and did the check-out over the phone. I originally ordered a 10 ft truck. UHaul called the night before and I was told this location doesn't have one and I could get a 15 ft at the same price. So of course I was given a 20 ft truck. Unfortunately the bigger trucks are harder to maneuver and I tore up my front lawn trying to trun it around. When returning the turck nobody was there again and no answer at the number. I tried to use the link UHaul sent me but the geo location wouldn't work despoite the fact that I had 4 bars and location services activated. I took pics and texted them to the phone number on the sign. Thankfully I was charged the correct amount but this was a frustrating experience.
Richard W.Owner was not present at any point until I was missing a dolly I was charged for. Had to wait on him to show up so I could get it to finish moving. We were charged for furniture pads that were not in the truck and that we also did not request to use. Location is in very bad shape. Dirty and hard to get owner to answer the phone.

Janet C.I returned the trailer after hours prior to unloading, but did not have a link to check it in. I called first thing the following morning once the business was supposed to be opened, and got a personal cell phone, and they were completely unaware that thery were receiving a trailer, but said they would be there at some point later that day and check it in. I returned the truck during business hours the nextlater that day, early, but there was no one there to check it in, it seemed the business was closed. I agreed to help UHaul move their equipment, for a very low payment of a $50 credit on my reserved truck rental. This required me to pull a double trailer over the Blue Ridge mountains, so basically, the payment didn;t even cover extra gas used, but as a regular customer, I agreed. Turns out, it cost me money, because I was charged a penny for my service and did not receive the credit on my truck rental. If this is how you reward loyal customers, I will probably need to seek out your competitors.
Dean Z.I dropped it off around 7:30 am, no one was onsite. It is a convenient location if you need to drop off in Jonesborough, and easy to find. The drop box for the key needs to be replaced. I had to force the key through the slot.

Eugene K.Call to confirm they have a truck ready for you before you need it. I had scheduled a pick up at 10 pm Thursday night, and was not able to get it because there was not a truck available for me which NO ONE told me until 7 am the next day, even after being on the phone with the truck share line for 1.5 hrs the night before. Also at this location specifically, make sure the locks are working functionally before leaving the trucks for pickup - we had the correct combination for our lock but it was jammed and would not open.

Brooke M.Not cancel your clients booking! We were called hours before our pick up NO message was left when I missed the call and they canceled our 15 foot truck. Finally after multiple calls found the only truck that was okayed for a 1 way trip (they must have wanted rid of it!) but it was 26 feet- so much for booking a month in advance through UHaul! Also, keep equipment maintained- tires were low, unbalanced and 1 was significantly older and worn- which needed to be replaced during our trip, causing us to be stuck and delayed hours! Customer service does not answer the phone! Drop off location was not the town we asked for it to be in making us have to drive an extra 30 mins out of our way!
Hannah C.I ended up paying for 2 sets of furniture pads (12) and a Utility Dolly that I did not end up using. When I got the truck, the Furniture Pads and Utility Dolly were not in the truck. I had to go back to the office to get the pads and dolly. By the time I returned to the truck with the pads and dolly the truck was already loaded and ready to go so I never ended up using them.
