Samuel ZPlease check to make sure they actually tied down your auto transport. After 20 miles both tire straps were off. 700 miles in the axel broke on the trailer, I’m not blaming that on the location but if they didn’t even ratchet the straps right, would they know if a trailer is in good condition?

Chester HThis location has no one after 3pm and the app was not working correctly. We tried to check in the truck on-line 4 times. It either would not load or we had to start over every time it asked for a picture. Bottom line, either stay open later or make the app work better.

The only thing I would recommend about the truck is checked the truck it jerks when you hit the brakes like the transmission was hesitating to go forward. But other than that the experience was pleasant. And I would return to them again for service. Just a newer truck model.

Theodore SThis location was convenient and easy to find. The equipment was in great condition and the check-out process was very easy. Unfortunately, the mobile check-in process was terrible. It was not made clear ahead of time how long this process would take or how many restrictions there would be for our forms of verification. We ended up wasting 30 minutes in the car going back and forth with an agent just to pick up the truck. Word of warning: the mobile browser experience is glitchy, they won't accept digital copies of verification (I didn't think I'd be expected to print out a lease just to collect a UHaul), and if you have an out-of-state license - which I imagine is common when moving - they will make you provide a third form of verification.
John KStop scamming people for GAS! the tank was at 5/8 tank. I used it for 70 miles and put 8 gallons in and charged for 2 gallons two days later after they checked it in. I returned to the lot at 2:30 with a 4:00 closing time and they couldn't bother checking me in at that time.

Kenneth PI loved my experience with Janice and Marcos! Absolutely lovely couple; super helpful, resourceful, and kind. I needed help grounding the wire in my wiring harness and Marcos drilled it in for me. The chains on the Uhaul hookup wouldn’t quite fit the holes on my smaller hitch, and they replaced them easily and quickly. I was impressed with the customer service, and couldn’t have felt safer on my trip across states. Thank you so much!

DON WThe drop off location was very bad. There was no place to park. Also, U haul app is a big time problem. I had the same problem second time that app is not working properly.

david lThis facility advertises after hour returns. However, there is no parking available - the lot is small and cramped. I had to move a trailer in order to park mine. Recommend installing signage on where to park for those returning after hours and then having spaces set aside for the return.
